Tucker and his three guy friends laughter echoed through the tower, as they all entered the room for Divination. The smell engulfed their nostrils, and they all began coughing, taking in even more as they tried to catch their breath. It was way too strong for the guys liking as they all entered the class late. Each of them were carrying a pass which they handed to the professor. Each of them were the most hilarious guys in that class, while the others were boring nerds. There was a lot of funny girls in the class though that always laughed at the four guys.
For the first time Tucker and his friends had a reason for being late to class. They were trying to find Claire a babysitter while he went to class. Eventually they had found one though, although it took them forever. Slowly, Tucker walked to his desk looking at each person that he passed. He sat down finally, looking around the room at his friends with a large smile planted on his face. Quickly, before the professor began talking her pulled out his wand throwing several jinxes at the 'nerds'. Laughter erupted in the classroom to his delight.
Tucker smiled, his eyes rolling over each person in the classroom. His eyes stopped on a girl whom went by Tobie, and was a fellow DE member of his. He noticed her staring at him, and he did a little nod of his head, meaning to say, "Sup," Tucker flashed his dreamy smile at her, his eyes glowing with delight as his eyes trailed down her, completely checking her body out. He mouthed two words to her, his lips moving seductively, "Not bad."

Divination was about the dullest subject known to wizard kind. October was trying her hardest not to fall asleep; it just so happened that last night she had stayed up late hanging out with Aiden in the Common Room, and now her eyelids were drooping. Yawning lightly, Tobie tried to sit up a bit more, folding her arms over her stomach and crossing her legs. She pinched the inside of her arm, hoping that the dull sensation of pain would be enough to prevent her from snoozing during her professor's lecture.
A slight smile curved on her lips when she recalled the night before. She and Aiden were notorious for staying up during the wee hours of the night, whether to study or just to talk. Last night was the only expection, since they had been making out on one of the couches...
...But that was nobody's business, was it?
When the doors to the classroom opened, Tobie rolled her eyes when she saw Tucker Pierce. Even though he was a fellow DE member, Tobie regarded him as obnoxious and immature. He thought he was so funny and cool, but all he was was a big-shot with an overly-inflated ego. Her eyes met Tucker's in a cold way, whih was in her own language a way for her to tell him to back off. His smile had no affect on her, and she simply brushed a lock of hair off her shoulder and then put on an utterly disgusted look when he began to survey her figure.
What a little toad!" she thought bitterly, glaring at him and tightening her jaw.

There were plenty of kinds of days. The good ones where Aiden smiled joking poking fun at almost everyone. The okay days where he lacked off a bit. The bad days where his sour mood stained the hallways. Then the horrid ones that grew fear into any third to first year crossing the halls. One of those days became prevalent today as Aiden walked to Divination. A class that brought him to tears at the thought of it. The only plus was October had been placed in it on a temporary basis since she was advanced beyond the other six years. As strange as it was she hated the class almost as Aiden. Then again it was an easy Outstanding. Particularly late to the class he winded up the staircase pushing through the mob of fourth years returning from the torturous class. They in return to his cold stares moved out of his way, a good choice on their part. Flinging his bag on the chair next to October a sigh escaped his lips at the relief of sitting. "Hello..." He paused eyes watching as Tucker began to feast his eyes at the sight of his girlfriend. Perfect. The corners of Aiden's lips turned into a sneer as he stood sizing Tucker up. "Why don't you put your eyes where they belong. Or should I take them out for you?" After all, she was the one snogging him last night. Not Tucker.
Tucker licked his lips slightly, taking a little notice to her boyfriend Aiden, whom was sitting right next to her watching him with wide eyes. Sure, they were DE members, but that didn't mean they were friends. They were actually far from it. Tucker, smiled at Tobie once again, being able to read the expression on her face ever-so-easily. "Please... I'm the immature one... when I'm taking care of a freaking two year old, while juggling school along with it." He mumbled to himself, definitely agitated by what her expression read. He sighed, shaking his head, but continued staring seductively at Tobie.
Tucker laughed at both the expressions on Aiden's face, and Tobie's. He watched Aiden walk over to him, to stand in front of him trying to be tall. He laughed at him, also standing up. He towered over him by about six inches. Tuck stood tall at six foot two inches, while Aiden stood short at five foot six. He laughed again, staring down at him. "Really? How does that work when I'm way up here, and you're way down there?" He snapped, watching as his friends flanked him slowly. "I'm pretty sure I liked who my eyes were studying, thank you very much shorty mcshort shorts. So, I would shut your mouth before I personally rip your jaw out with my bare hands." He hissed, his dark eyes dangerous.

Tobie watched as Aiden went to confront Tucker, sighing and biting down hard on her lip as Tucker attempted to fight back. Standing up and grabbing aiden's hand, she gave it a light squeeze. "Unless you'd like to spend detention with him later, I suggest you just back down." she said quietly, her eyes then becoming venomous as she looked at Tucker. "And you," she started, taking her own stand. Now, she was even shorter then Aiden, and compared to Tucker she probably looked completely inferior. "You're nothing but a show-off. So get off your high horse or I'll knock you off," she growled, her patience wearing thin. "You're seventeen years old...act like it!" she added, pulling Aiden towards their seats.
She sat down, flattening the skirt she was wearing and tucking a loose curl behind one ear. She couldn't stand people who liked to show off their physical robustness; after all, in the end a clever mind was all that mattered. Brains towered over brawn, always. However, at the moment her fist was itching to meet with Tucker's nose, yearning to break it and wanting to watch him crumble to the ground. Ah, yes, sweet victory indeed.

Ignoring the looks of others that began to turn he sat with October jaw clenched. "Pft. Shorty Mcshort short? He's diffidently not immature!" Mumbling to himself Aiden took a few deep breaths clutching his wand that subconsciously made its way into his outstretched palm. He rubbed the vine wood as someone would to a stone. Tucker wasn't that important anyway. Aiden would surely put him in his place if he tried to touch him or Tobie but, that would only be and if and then statement.
Tucker smirked, sitting back down at his seat, but still responding to the couple. "Yeah Tobie guess what, when you're seventeen you're actually suppose to have a little fun. Try not to be too serious for the camera, babe." He chuckled, turning to look at the professor, whom was pointing at the three of them. Her voice was loud, but wary as her finger shook. "YOU! YOU! AND YOU! Out in the hall now! I'm not dealing with any of this nonsense today... sorry boys." She snapped, sending the three out into the hall. She slammed the door behind her, making them wince. Tucker sat on the opposite wall of the couple, his eyes narrowed into slits. He had a smirk upon his face though, showing that he was enjoying this. Nothing could ruin his spirit today... knock on wood.

Tobie narrowed her eyes at Tucker as the three of them were kicked out of class. She stood up angrily and stormed out, arms crossed over her abdomen. What a prat! She didn't do anything wrong; it was Tucker who was having trouble keeping his eyes to himself! After the heavy door slammed to a shut, Tobie felt her hands ball into fists. "I can't believe you!" she snarled, marching up to Tucker. Her blood was well over it's boiling point, and her blue-gray eyes were strikingly vexed. "We're all going to end up getting detention and why? Because you're an ignorant pig!" she growled. "There's a reason why I don't associate with guys like you." she finished curtly, turning heel and walking back up to the door, leaning against it with one foot planted firmly on the wood, leg bent. She looked positively livid; a look that rarely crossed her features.
Tucker's smile faded slightly as Tobie yelled at him. He rolled his eyes annoyed with her apparent disability to take a joke. He sighed angrily, looking back at Tobie his face showing all his emotion. "Seriously? Just chill out... It's only detention. I thought you were some bad ass like Nikita, and Corliss. They do anything to get into trouble. Another thing they can do that you can't... they can actually take a joke, and a nice compliment. So, I'm sorry for getting you in 'trouble', and giving you a compliment on your hotness. Excuse me!" He snapped back, turning his head back to look at Aiden. He walked over to him, punching him gently in the arm. A smile planted on his face showed friendliness, and that he was sorry. "Sorry that I hit on your bitch man." Quickly before Tobie could yell at him he added, "And no... I'm not saying she's a bitch. That's just what I call a chick that belongs to a guy. Their bitch... so don't take offense Tobs."

Oh, that was it. "Chill out? Shut the hell up," she growled. "Well sorry that I'm not bad-ass enough for you, you asshole. I actually take pride in the fact that I wouldn't kill someone just to prove myself!" she finished, regretting what she said immeadiately. She knew she wasn't angry with Corliss...just what she decided to do to please Lottie. Memories of that day flooded her mind, and the image of Avery dropping dead was still devastating. Feeling her eyes well up suddenly, Tobie looked away.
Ignoring Tucker's insensitive remark, Tobie blinked, feeling several tears roll down her cheeks as she turned heel, walking down the corridor. She needed to find a safe place. Anywhere but here. Any time she was reminded of Avery, tears instantly came and she needed to walk away from whatever situation she was in.
Instantly, Tucker felt horrible. He ran after Tobie quickly, grabbing her arm trying to fix things. "Tobie... wait... I'm sorry. About everything. Please, let me make it up to you. Please?" His voice was soft, and completely trusting. His cheeks flushed as he looked down at her trying to fight the urge to hug her. "I didn't mean for any of this to... to hurt you." He said, his head falling down. He looked at his shoes with wary eyes hoping that she would forgive him, and let him make it up to her. He was going to show her Claire. His little sister. Yes, she was suppose to be a secret, but he had to make it up to Tobie. He just had to.

Tobie didn't want Tucker to follow her. She didn't even want Aiden to follow her. She didn't like letting anyone see her in her moments of vulnerability. She cotninued walking when Tucker called out for her, not wanting to hear any more rude remarks from him. Finally she stopped, deciding to at least try and be respectful and to play nice. "What could you possibly want?" she asked, wiping under her eyes, trying not to smudge her makeup. She turned to face him, the whites of her eyes pink from her tears. "W-Well what do you have in mind?" she asked, slightly wary of Tucker's intentions at this point.
Tucker smiled happy that he got some sort of nice response outta her. "Well, if you come with me you will see. She's the most important thing to me. I want to make it up to you. Again, I say, I am so sorry about everything. Are you going to let me make it up to you?" He asked hopefully, his dark eyes glinting as he thought about his little sister Claire. He looked down at his feet feeling sheepish for the first time in his life. "Please, come with me. Please Tobie." He asked his eyes warm, and gentle.

Tobie smiled gently at Tucker, biting her lip before nodding. She was careful not to say 'It's ok,' and except Tucker's appology because, quite frankly, it wasn't ok, and she wasn't one to forgive easily. "Alright," Tobie responded, unsure of what Tucker intended on doing. She glanced in the direction of the divination classroom, not wanting to leave Aiden but not wanting to be on bad terms with Tucker, either. "Hopefully it'll be worth the detention that we'll most likely get for skipping out on class." she joked, cracking a smile.
Finally, to Tuck's delight Tobie excepted his 'let me make it up to you'. She was going to allow him to try to get her to forgive him, which seemed easy enough. Well, if Claire was involved. She made everything seem easy in his eyes. She was so... convincing... to say the very least. Finally coming back to the planet earth he began to listen to Tobie softly. Tucker laughed gently along with Tobie, staring down at her with ease. "Oh trust me... it will be worth it..." He smiled, grabbing her elbow and beginning to walk in the direction of the Slytherin Common Room. ******** Tucker whispered the Slytherin Common Room password before slipping into the warm room easily, allowing Tobie to enter in before him, like a real gentle man would do. He smiled, leading her up to his room where he heard the tiny whimper of his little sister, Claire. He stepped in the room, thanking Josh, and paying him five bucks. He took Claire out of his arms, who instantly stopped whimpering. She giggled up at him, and Tucker immediately became his other side. He was gentle looking, and actually looked approachable. He turned to look at Tobie offering the two year old to her.
