She drifted in between conscience, struggling to stay awake. Awaking, she felt the ropes wrap around her clothing circling her unmoving body. "Let. Me. Go." Olivia gasped for air in between words. Damn, she cursed thoughts flying through her mind. If I could just get my wand... "Accio, WAND!" Her words drifted through the forest strength building through her body. The wand in which Niki held few out of her sleek hands heading toward Olivia's wiggling fingers. Grasping her wand tightly she managed to point her wand at the ropes releasing her from her bind. A exhausted fifth year sat on the forest floor gasping for a breath of clean air.
"Yes. A compliment. I probably would if the one of the two girls weren't Nikita. She's is INSANE! Not saying she isn't pretty, or smart, or anything, but she's just so....INSANE! There's really no other word for it. Speaking of insane, you don't think they killed each other, do you? That would really kinda suck.' He knew he couldn't see nor hear them, but he still looked around, as if he could. The quiet disoriented him, especially when his friend's life might be in danger. But Nikita wouldn't go that far...would she?
Rosie laughed. "Couldn't agree with you more on the insane thing," she told him, raising an eyebrow and laughing, "You poor dear, having her interested in you. She'd maul you to death if you snubbed her." This fact was probably true. Nikita didn't take well to rejection, at least not in Rosie's experiences with the her. Perhaps it would be best if Logan simply let her down easily. Or not at all, if he'd rather have a deranged psycho bitch than a perfectly sweet girl who wouldn't murder him should anything happen to their relationship.
At Logan's comment, Rosie started. "Jesus," she muttered under her breath, before grabbing Logan's forearm and pulling him back in the direction of the clearing, "That sounds EXACTLY like Nikita, to tell you the truth." Rosie's cousin would be a person that freaked out at someone who liked the same guy as her. She seemed like the competitive type, and Rosie didn't doubt the fact that she would hurt poor Olivia if the tiny Ravenclaw was in her way.

A snarl echoed through the forest, and Nikita's bone chilling blue eyes stared Olivia down. She shook her head, and then put her hand on her neck. "You want to know something Olivia? I'm really thinking about killing you right now. Do you really want to die today? I didn't think so. You better stay on the ground for your own good, and keep the HELL away from me. You have no idea how much damage I can do to your ugly little face. I know... I'm a bitch, but that's what you get for barging in you little two faced hoe bag." I swear, there was steam coming from Nikita, who was nothing but pissed off. She could kill Olivia on the spot! Did she not understand that? Niki was positive that Olivia wouldn't kill Nikita, so she had nothing to be afraid of.

She gulped down a deep breath of air, catching slightly in her throat. "I'm a hoe now? At least I'm not flaunting my goods to every person that dare be neutral in this game of cat and mouse. Do you honestly think that Logan would side with you? You don't even care for him! Just want him to join the DE so you have a happy little player on your team that will back your giant ass mouth." Olivia, gaining a bit a strength slapped Niki's hand away. Yes, she was terrified but that didn't mean she was going to let Nikita take away Logan to treat him like a piece of meat. Using poor Lysander just because of his seeing eye, but why Logan? Did the whole world have it in for Olivia to make her life miserable? "Why do you act so mean all the time? What enjoyment do you get by stunning first years and making people's lives hell? Taking away the one thing that actually creates them into a person? Spite? Snape's daughter. The man that basically sacrificed himself to Riddle for the Order and Mr. Potter! Did he really do all of this so you can crawl into the hands of his daughter like her lap dog? Disgusting. Angry at your father for ignoring you? For being so desperately in love with Lily Potter that he gave no love for you? Like it or not, your own father died for good and so should you. By the way, what you can do to my face? Nothing is worse than yours hon. Same pointy nose and stuck up attitude as him too." Toe to toe with Nikita she grimaced gripping her wand tightly. Again, short but mighty. Her blue eyes stared deeply into Nikita's pure hatred illuminating from within. "Back off of him, please Nikita." Her voice softened venom barely shown.
Three times. THREE times Three BLOODY times.Ted has walked through the forest searching for that annoying, promise-breaking, lovely, darlingly, perfect girlfriend of his, wait.. okay so two of those facts were bad, but it was just so damn hard to be mad at her! But drastic times call for drastic measures. He was going back into the woods, AGAIN, and dragging his girlfriend out of there before she got hurt, AGAIN. Ted sighed, and wondered what it would be like to have a normal girlfriends for once, one who listened to his fears and never brought him and problems. But then he realized it would be boring, and it wouldn't be Rosie, so he couldn't be total mad at her.
Noah had seen Rosie heading off to the woods and tipped Teddy right away. It had been almost and hour now since he began searching for her, and with no luck what so ever. He was getting tired and just wanted Rosie in his arms, to know she was safe. And stupidly enough, he began calling out her name. "Rosie, dear, please. I'm not mad, just worried. Please Rosie, please come to me." he called again and again. It wasn't until he heard shouting that he groaned and went to investigate. He was in the clearing before he realized Rosie was no where in sight. But instead, Olivia, a friend of his, and Nikita, a enemy of his, where sharing a few words back and forth with one another. "What the bloody hell is going on?" Ted called, but immediately regretted it. Angry girls never seemed to enjoy Ted's presences.
Logan had never been a nesscarily patient person, and purely out of the need to move, he dropped Rosie's hand and ran. He ran just to run, or maybe it was more. No. He knew it was more. The thought of his best friend being killed did not exactly appeal to him, on any level, whatsoever. He knew he was close when he could hear words instead of just voices. And a large ammount of those words had his heart beating faster than it ever had before. But, it also sent a chill down his spine, and almost a blood-curdling anger brewing within. I'm really thinking about killing you right now. Do you really want to die today? There was more but Logan heard nothing. His vision went red, like the whole world was streaked with blood. This was beyond insensitive, he realized as he caught sight of the two girls, although he doubted they could see him. This was beyond being a simple Slytherein. This was hatred and evil. Hating just to hate, and being evil for the sake of being evil. He had more than half a mind to tromp in their, wand raised and beat the hell out of that good for nothing little brat. Nikita Snape may have had her hooks in most of the rest of the school, but she had nothign on him, anymore. It wasn't until he pulled the wand form his pocket that he heard a tiny, yet very brave and venomous voice. It was Olivia, giving Nikita the same speech Victoire had. Well, with more hatred than he guess his veela friend could truly manage. For Vikki still had hope for her slutty cousin. Livi had no such thing. He pushed his way through the foliage, noding recognition at Teddy Lupin, and not even wondering what the Gryffindor was doing here. The answer was simple. Where there was Rosie, Ted was on his way, if he wasn't there already. Logan aimed the wooden stick at Nikita and uttered the words that would drive her insane if she remembered who he stole them from. "Apart. Now"

Nikita's eyes closed slowly, as Olivia's harsh words cut into her already broken heart. As Olivia's words continued, she began to feel broken in too many pieces than she could handle. Her heart seemed to have been torn out of her chest, except the patterned beating of it continued to echo in her empty mind. Her mind seemed to be dead, as she couldn't think of anything else than the words of Olivia, that also seemed to bounce around in her mind. Olivia had no idea at the moment how hard and cruel her words were. She would though... eventually. She then heard the words of Logan, and she could feel the emotion in his voice. She also heard Teddy's voice. She paid no attention to them though. Her thoughts wouldn't let her. They were just surrounded by the words of Olivia. Then her eyes flew open, but she couldn't see that well. This frightened Niki because she had tears welling up in her eyes. She would look weak in front of the people surrounding her, but she couldn't help it.
Nikita's hurt, pale blue eyes focused on Olivia, and she began to speak with a cracked voice. "Do you feel better now? That you tore down Nikita Snape? Huh? And how dare you say talk about my father. You have no right to speak his name. I'm sure that everyone is so proud of you Olivia. I'm sure you feel better than I do." Nikita turned her head away from Olivia, and walked to her side, turned the other way though. She had to push Logan out of the way though. Yes, she shoved him rather hard, and gave him another look with her eyes filled with tears. That was the last look that Logan Kings would receive from Nikita Snape. Nikita's head was now beside Olivia's and she spoke weakly to her. "Just so you know, I wasn't after Logan. Oh, and one more thing... You don't know me, so you have no right to disown me. I'm done with Logan... but that doesn't mean I'm done with you. Let's just say that you will never be alone. Someone will be watching... always. See ya 'round... bitch. " Nikita's last couple sentences were filled with grimace, hatred, and evilness. She then began to walk forward, and nudged Olivia very roughly with her shoulder. This sent Olivia back a step, which made Nikita laugh. Her pale blue eyes swept the area in front of her as she smiled with hatred.

Olivia's heart cracked, selfless pain seeping through the wounds. "Nikit-" She stopped herself figuring words were useless now. Anything she said would be brushed away like it was nothing, like she was nothing. Just so you know, I wasn't after Logan. Oh, and one more thing... You don't know me, so you have no right to disown me. I'm done with Logan... but that doesn't mean I'm done with you. Let's just say that you will never be alone. Someone will be watching... always. See ya 'round... bitch. Her pity disappeared a scowl crossing her face. "You've got to be kidding me.." Her eyes reeked with hatred, and obvious difference on her porcelain skin. "You never wanted him, then why did you try? I....I'M! Argh!" she gulfed still appalled by what Nikita had said. It was beyond infuriated of which Olivia felt. "You bitch." Her mind told her no, which she obeyed, and the nagging sense that Logan was near, although her body wanted to wring her neck not even using magic. Old style.
A back chilling cackle ehoed across the area that the four students were in. This cackle of laughter came from Nikita Snape, whom had just listened to what Olivia had said to her remark earlier. "Yes, now that's very true. I am a bitch, and somehow, I'm proud of it. And, no... you got that all wrong. I wasn't exactly after Logan... I was just trying to make him join the DE. But, now I realize how much he would hold the DE back. So I stopped trying. But, I guess you'll never stop trying to convince Logan to love you." Niki laughed again, but then her voice continued to float through the air. "Like I said before... You don't know me. If you truly knew the nice side of me, maybe you would like me. Oh well, I guess it's too late. Anyways, I'm out..." Nikita continued walking, and the trees around her began to thin out. Soon enough she was left standing out in the open, walking back up to the huge castle.

I guess you'll never stop trying to have Logan love you...
Her mind fell blank, wiping any kind of recognition of her surroundings. Heart spilling from her chest, she felt nothing. Absolute and utter oblivion scattered across her brain, now a barren wasteland where witty remarks were normally produced. She begged herself to create something to say back, but she new the reality laced with truth beneath Nikita's words. When she met her she was an enemy, a threat to take Logan away. Turn him pathetic like the rest of the DE. That is what she wanted to prevent. Instead she allowed Nikita so show her weakness and prod at it as she did to hers. It was infuriating and unbearable. Nothing would heal the scars that Nikita creating by clawing her way into Olivia's deepest fears. Past frivolous things like flying or birds; closing in on her only fear she hid from herself. Self delusion hiding her own feelings from herself. Some argue that this in itself would be a the tenth circle of hell, another deadly sin. Logan was an intricate part of her life, the one thing that created happiness from the pit of her stomach. She readied herself, heart still breaking into slices of glass that at this point was cutting her own heels. "I..." Her words faltered unable to speak her mind. Olivia's eyes glittered, tears falling which had her "inconspicuously" wipe them away. The broken look was still plastered on her face burning her cheeks with a mixture of self-pity and shame. Her heart screamed for her to speak, spill her guts. From the feelings she had when he brushed her skin to the intense sessions they had such as when they were at the ball. Olivia's conscience was still foggy screaming at her to hide. She was sick of hiding but everything was just too much. The truth hurt too much. It was about time she left, leaving Logan in her tracks weather he followed her was his choice. Her mind raced thinking of places to cower her broken heart and allow it to mend. Odette is sleeping, Ravenclaw common room, crowded. The... Her mind decided it's destination her body lagging behind in response. Olivia told it to move but the pulling for her to stay was great. Breaking free from her mental bind she ran.
Blinding speed that even Nike, the goddess of victory would trail behind. Her calves burned a slightly inspiring sensation that pushed her to go faster. Through the clearing she felt her body sigh with relief. She was almost there, away from the train wreck of a heart she left behind. The tears fell freely now both of sorrow and regret.
She needed someone, Logan being the problem, Odette feeling no compassion, Rosie and Teddy still left in the woods, and it wasn't like she had anyone else. There was a possibility of... him though. Olivia took the chance and ran.

He could have been out there for hours...minutes...even days. Max's sense of time had completely disappeared awhile ago when he stepped foot into this forest. The trees seemed to loom over him, scraping at the sky like roughly-carved fingernails. They seemed almost lugubrious, almost like they had forgotten how long they had been there as well. His feet were dragging across the matted leaves that lined the ground but Max didn't seem to care; it wasn't as if they had feelings. Or maybe they did. He never really thought about it, but now that he did he couldn't help but feel sorry for ruining their placid rest against the forest floor.
It had taken awhile for his eyes to adjust to the dim lighting, but even that hadn't prepared him for the bolt of lightning that had rammed into him. Well, not exactly lightning, but it was pretty damn close. Luckily Max was quite gifted in the balance department and when Olivia rammed right into him he managed to stay upright (With the help of a tree that was behind him) and hold onto her shoulders so she wouldn't run off. She was visibly shaken; perhaps she was crying. He wouldn't know, seeing as her face had collided with his chest because of the height difference.
"Woah, woah! Olivia, slow down," he murmured, trying to resist the longing of resting his hand on her back. He almost put his hands in his pockets to reinforce the thought, but as deadly as temptation was, it had gotten it's grip on him. He gently wrapped his arms around her (Insisting to himself that it was a friendly and comforting gesture). "What's wrong, love?" he asked, looking over her head to see if anyone was racing after her. No immeadiate danger seemed to be in sight, so Max relaxed slightly.
Well, seeing as girls didn't run that fast for no appearant reason, Max inhaled and prepared himself to hear her problem. It had to have been something important, because he knew that Livi never showed this side of her. The vulnerable side. IT was nice, though, to know that for once he wasn't in danger of an ass-kicking if he said the wrong thing.

The unexpected blockage jarred her mind for a few moments leaving her to recollect herself. Glassy-eyed Olivia looked up Maxwell wrapping his arms around her bodice, doing the same around his lanky figure. Not only was he the person she was looking for she felt warm and invited in his arms. Completely safe from any harm, something she felt from Logan. Logan
Even the though of him, sickly to say, made her crusty eyelids overflow with excess tears. Nothing had even happened..... except of course Nikita blabbed about her secret affection for Logan (which really wasn't that secret) causing her to run away afraid of any reaction that he would produce. "I... well, Nikita...." Her words overflew, interrupted with choking sobs that echoed beneath the autumn foliage. Too upset she continued to cry into his shirt the realization that she was soaking his, pretty good looking, shirt.
Olivia gurgled slightly, finally become a bit self-conscience. "Logan..." Hiccupping in between words she spewed a few lines to explain herself properly. It was unusual for a girl crying in the Forbidden Forest... well, not necessarily. It was Hogwarts after all. "Nikita... selfish....told.... him.... that ..... I, well..." She finished with a high pitched hiccup and blush illuminating her cheeks with a rosy red. Her tears continued although she didn't notice their presence.

Max felt his heart go out to little Livi, chest aching as he saw her cry. Whatever ass did this to her would have to answer to him. He never wanted to see Olivia like this, ever. In his opinion, making a girl cry was one of the worst offences in the world, especially if another guy was the cause. But, currently that wasn't the case.
Nikita. Even her name sounded slick and serpent-like under her tounge. He had be unfortunate enough to meet the rather rude Slytherin girl in the Kitchens, and now she absolutely set his teeth on edge. He wanted to rip that bitch's hair out... Sure, maybe Olivia might have deserved to be snapped at or something, but no one had the right to make someone feel that upset. It was terrible and immoral. Then again, when had Slytherins been hgih on morality? Never. Sighing lightly, Max rubbed her back in attempt to comfort her, though he knew that no matter what he did he'd never be able to reach down into her chest and pull that pain away. That was something she'd have to do on her own.
Max allowed Olivia to take her sadness out on him, not caring if her tears soaked him. It was just a shirt; it could be washed. Besides, it was nice being so close to her. He thought that Logan had caught her in his grasp, but perhaps one day she'd forget about that royal git and his feelings for her would be reciprocated. That would be nice. Even if Olivia was a year younger, it hardly mattered to him. Nothing really mattered in love besides the actual feelings that bound one person to another; age, sex or race weren't significant.
Logan, Logan, Logan...of course he had his foot in this. Just saying his name made Max want to drive his fist into the Ravenclaw's teeth. He and Logan had formed a deep dislike for eachother, despite their past history of being friends. That time was long over. "Liv, it doesn't matter. Nikita...I don't really know what to make of her. She rubs me the wrong way." he said. "And who cares if she told him? It'll be a chance to see if you and Logan..." he swallowed the lump in his throat, "Would ever have a chance of being together." he finished, despite the extreme amount of pain he felt when he uttered those words. Logan didn't deserve to be with Olivia.

She spotted his reluctance in his words and noted it silently to herself. He was right though. If anything would really happen it was about time. She waited three years, maybe this was the icebreaker. Maybe this was the moment that everything would go how she wanted it or terribly wrong. Olivia felt closer to Max than anyone at this moment. He cared for her just as Logan would except he seemed to return her feels, just a bit more. Not that she wasn't still head over heels for Logan and nothing would probably change that. Maxwell reminded her that there were other people around her that would care for her. And return the feelings. Wiping the tears from her eyes she sighed, a muted sound from her face pressed against Maxxie's shirt. "Thank you....." Olivia gave him a tight squeeze and extracted her arms that were still clinging to Maxwell's back. In a slight aftermath she took his hand still unsure of what to do. "Do I go back. Or wait?" Eyes staring up at him (everyone was so much taller than her...) she awaited his reply. There were comfort in his words and she hoped to capture more of it.
