Looks:
Hugo has always had a very childish appearance, and though he is well into his teen years he hasn't lost the roundness of childhood. It is often assumed that he is younger then he is, which aggrivates him to no end. Standing at a mere five foot two inches, Hugo is constantly mocked by both his peers and family about his short stature; especially since it is a running trait in his family to be tall and lanky. However, he walks with confidence with a slight swoop to his step, acting like he's a hot-shot.
Hugo views the world through curious brown eyes that seem to dominate the Weasley family. Flanked by thick lashes, They're definately one of his best traits. Sable-colored hair rests above them, constantly obscurring his view. His father insists that he cut it, though Hugo refuses. He likes the whole head-sweeping motion that sets every hair in place, even though half the time he does it everyone within twenty-foot radius rolls their eyes. His hands are constantly running through it or pulling it, whether it be out of disbelief, anger or frustration. He loves it when people play with his hair, and he usually asks someone to mess with it after he's had a long day.
Hugo's build is petite, though he takes time to make sure he's got a little muscle to make him appear a tad larger then he is. Because he's an active person, his coloration is slightly tanned and (thankfully!) freckle free.
Hugo tends to lean towards baggier clothes on the upper half of his body, but not so much that he looks like he's wearing a garbage bag. In other words, lots of graphic tees and hoodies which also make him seem somewhat bulkier. However, much to everyone's distaste, he's taken a liking to skinny jeans (Some of which are flamboyantly colored). His granddad Arthur nearly fainted when he saw his grandson walk into a Weasley family reunion wearing lime green jeans that clung to his thin legs. Hugo doesn't think it's a big deal, but he had to make a deal with his father to never wear those jeans at a reunion again.

OK, yea, I wrote it when I was, like, two. Appearantly my mum thinks it's adorable and insists that I sing it whenever we're with company. I don't even know why. It's pretty dumb...It goes something like these:

Strengths:

Hugo has a real knack for thinking outside the box, coming up with ideas for projects and coming up with quick and entertertaining answers to all rhetorical questions.
[+] Protective
If you're a friend or family member, Hugo's got your back. He'd take a bullet for anyone he's close to...and perhaps even for his enemies.
[+] Agile
Hugo's got fast reflexes as well as fast, fluid movements which come in handy during duels.

He's confident in himself, almost to the point of arrogance.
[+] Compassionate
Hugo's a very understanding, compassionate person. Some think he'd be the shallow, quick-to-judge jerk, but in reality he'd even give a murderer a chance at redemption if he was really sorry.
Except with Ted. I don't like him. At all.
Weaknesses:

Hugo's got a wicked case of ADHD, therefore has the attention span of a peanut.
[-/+] Forgiving
Hugo doesn't like the hold grudges (they require too much work) so he prefers to just forgive and forget, which really can hurt him in the long run if he's [/i]too forgiving.
[-] Awful work ethic
Instead of being a dilligent worker, Hugo tends to slack off and simply cannot accomplish tasks until the last minute. It's probably got to do with his ADHD.
[-] Easily frustrated
Again, tying in with the ADHD, Hugo gets extremely frustrated and tends to have meltdowns. Not horrible ones, but he'll snap at you.

Yeah...a blind elephant on a broom is probably better at Quidditch then Hugo is.

Over All Personality:
Being considered a bird of a different color would be an understatement when describing Hugo Weasley. He's not you everyday kind of guy, and he takes pride in that. He expresses himself in his clothing style, and is known all over the school as the only one who'd be caught wearing pink jeans. In all honesty, he could care less about the opinion of others (besides his family) and would never change the way he was to go with the flow and please the crowd.
Hugo's an easygoing a sweet guy at heart; like a brother who you can tell all your secrets to. He may have a hard time paying attention, but if you make sure his eyes aren't glazing over it's safe to say he's taking all your words into account. He'll give you advice on everything, and no subject is too touchy for him.
That's true. One time Rosie even told me to go on a tampon run for her! -snicker-[/color]
Hugo is also a very excepting person, loving individuality and self-expression. He doesn't judge people based on anything; race, clothing, blood purity...none of these things matter to him. He believes that everyone has value, and the way you were born should have nothing to do with it. BUT...he's got a slight, unwritten dislike for Slytherins, just because they stand for everything he hates.

Self History:
The day Hugo came into the world was a bright and cheery one. The sun had been shining, the birds had been singing, and the sky had been a brilliant blue.
...
Right.
Actually, when Hugo was born, it had been dark and stormy, with winds raging and tearing trees from the ground. The streets had been heavily flooded, and because his mother was in no shape to apparate, she decided to deliver at home. Unfortunately for her husband, he was the one to bring his son into the world. After the wonderful (and traumatic) experience, Hugo had grown up to be as unexpected as the day he was born. His wild and free spirit seemed to help him take flight, getting him into trouble and keeping up his curiosity for the world and all things in it.
He got along well with his sister, Rosie, most of the time and developed individual bonds with all of his cousins, Lily in particular because of their closeness in ages. They were pretty much attached at the hip from the moment they were introduced to eachother and that bond never faltered.
Hugo also took a liking to hobbies and styles that were very common among Muggle children. For example, the bright clothing he takes pride in wearing, the TV shows he watches, the books he reads. Not to mention that he would much rather skateboard then fly on a broomstick. Though people find it strange, he continues on with the things he loves, not paying them any mind. He'd rather be himself then something he's not. The good thing is that his family encourages him in all he does and doesn't object to him making Muggle friends and such.
