If you don't know how it's done, most simply, you rate the person above you as someone you'd like to date, someone could could 'mate' and be friends with, or if you hate them, or if none of the other options apply - you can 'shovel' them.

This is an IN CHARACTER game. You're rating the characters. So, if someone posted above me, I would post how Rosie sees them, and not myself.

I believe you should also supply a reason for your decision.
