Looks:
Billium is, though she prefers not to admit it, quite a pretty girl. The structure of her face is quite attractive, with graceful proportions and a certain boyish charm which makes her so fascinating to look at. The bright scarlet tresses doning her head are a perfect example of her more boy like side. Tussled and constantly messy, her hair was self-cut and falls in soft waves around her sharp jaw line. Her large mouth is constantly pulled back in an easy, lop-sided smile, one that can brighten up anyone's day. In cahoots with this dazzling smile are her warm, bright hazel eyes. Shaped like thin almonds and sloped upward, these eyes give her catlike flair to her appearance. Resting on her nose are a pair of large, vintage glasses, which help her to see far away, as she is rather near-sighted.
Of an uncannily short height, Billie is slender and muscular, mostly from the array of Muggle sports she plays in the summers. She carries herself with an air of ease and confidence and is completely comfortable with herself. However, she is known for her tendency to trip over anything unstable, including air, although she's also notorious for falling all over stable things as well. She has a bounce in her step and is usually too distracted to see where she's going. A lot of people have been injured because of this simple fact.

Amazingly confident and radically adventurous, Billie is definitely a wild child and a force to be reckoned with. An untamed spirit, Miss Nox has problems with authority, and is much too headstrong to let anyone tell her what to do. Pair her brashness with her chiseled wit and sharp mind, and you've got an unstoppable whirlwind of a girl who's inexorable, relentless, and ready for anything.
Never afraid to stand up to opposition, Billie has formed a skin of iron, which makes her the farthest from sensitive that anyone could ever be. This girl is fearless when it comes to speaking her mind and is revolted by normalcy. Her style is more of the quirky, idiosyncratic, peculiar type, which fits well with her outspoken, self-assured nature.
Fiercely loyal to the core, Billie is a true Hufflepuff, and will do literally anything to keep her friends safe. As relatives and kin are the only thing she misses from her life as a Muggle, she's learned to draw her friends close and form something of a make-shift family unit around herself during the school year. This forces her to be extraordinarily protective over most of her closest friends.

Self History:
Billium Serene Nox was born September 2 to Ellsworth Merlin Nox and Ingrid Mayflower Commons. The two were very old, and Billie came as a right bit of a surprise to the old couple. Though the two weren't married, they loved each other dearly, and loved their little Billie even more. In her childhood, Billie was told to call her parents by their first names. The three were more like best friends than two parents and their child. This is probably the reason for Billie's inability to recognize authority as superior to herself.
Ingrid and Ellsworth were pleased when their daughter received a letter from Hogwarts on her eleventh birthday. They had always believed in magic, as they were quite juvenile even at their age, and were thus, hardly surprised by the existence of a magical world. Billie headed to Hogwarts, making the occasional friend here and there. Her heritage made her laughable among the Slytherins, and her wit made the Ravenclaws envious. The Hufflepuffs found her to be a threat and even the Gryffindors, who were prized for their bravery, were a bit scared of her. Thus, it was a right bit difficult for her to make friends at all.
