Nikita was sitting in the Library studying. It was getting dark, and she was about to have to leave in about thirty minutes. She was trying to get all of the studying she could done. She also had to do some homework for the tomorrow. She looked up from her book, and looked around the deserted library. There was hardly anyone in here, except for a couple of first years. She was going to have to chase them away some how.
The librarian had walked out of the room to go talk to one of the Proffesors. Nikita stood up and took her wand out of her back pocket. She aimed it at the first years, moving it from one to the other. Get out! She said harshly. "Now." She commanded once more when the students didn't move, because they were in shock. She nodded her head over to the door, and the scared first years grabbed their books, and ran out of the room. Nikita put her wand back in her pocket, and sat back down.
Ted scoffed. Of course, the night he chose he should study, the Gryffindors were celebrating someones birthday up in the common room, so it was too loud there, and the library was blocked. He had been searching for a table for the past twenty minutes, and still not a free one appeared. He was about to give up when he saw a few first years getting up trom their table. Ted raced forward, avoiding hitting anyone as he went which resulted in a loud hushing from the librarian as he knocked a few books down and finally took a seat at the the table, not even looking up to see who was sitting across from him.
Nikita raised her head as someone sat in front of her. She wasn't sure who it was o she had to look. It was Teddy Lupin. She raised one perfect eyebrow at him, even though he wasn't looking at her. He probably didn't know he just sat in front of her. If he would've known he wouldn't have sat down. She cleared her throat hoping that would make him look up, to notice her. Surely he had felt someone in his prescence. She didn't like Teddy very much...well she didn't like any Gryffindors for that matter. Including her cousins, she wasn't particularly nice to them. Nikita was still staring at him, her eyebrow continued to be raised.
Ted looked up and jumped. "Oh Jesus it's you." he scoffed shaking his head slightly. He remembered the little first years running off, guessing she had scared them off. He rolled his eyes. "Seriously, do you have to sink so low to scare away first years? Why can't you study in your common room like everyone else your age?" he sighed opening his books. "I would but it's quite crowded tonight." he said opening to his chapter in his Charms book about invisibility charms. "And if you ask my to leave, I'm not going to. I have a Charms test tomorrow and I have yet to study, nor do I have a place to." he said simply, taking out some parchment and beginning to look over the chapter.
Nikita let her eyebrow fall back into place as she listened to Teddy. "Yeah...it's me." Nikita said with hardly any emotion in her face, except her fake smile. "Also that's not even low for me! You'd be surprised by what I normally do. I can't study any where else... the fire in the Common Room was giving me a head ache." Nikita finished her sentence, and rubbed her temples still feeling the head ache slightly. "I wasn't planing on asking you to leave, either. Wasn't part of my plan." Nikita looked back down at her book then back up at Teddy. her pale blue eyes were bright and striking for some odd reason.
Ted rolled his eyes at the Slytherin. Really? the fire giving her a headache? More like defrosting her frozen heart. For some reason the Slytherin's never found comfort in the common room fire like the Gryffindor's did. Actually, it was one of Ted' favorite places to cuddle up, and with that thought a smile grew across his face. "And your plan was?" Ted asked, scribbling something on his paper before looking up at her, raising an eyebrow.
Nikita looked at Teddy, as he questioned her. She couldn't believe her cousin was going out with that THING. It irked her, but that wasn't the only thing that irked her. She couldn't stand her cousin being in Gryffindor, or being in the NO. Fighting against Nikita. She couldn't even believe she was her cousin. Nikita wanted to throw up in her mouth when she thought about herself being cousins with a Weasel. On the bright side though, they were only cousin's through marriage. Rosie was also pretty nice. Nikita liked Rosie, but not any of her other cousins.
Nikita eyed Teddy curiously, surprised that he had caught on to what she had said. Yes, Nikita had a plan, but she was not going to share it. Instead of saying what her plan was she said, "Just be patient, Lupin, you'll find out soon enough." Nikita smirked at Teddy, and then looked back down at the book she had been reading.
"Ah." Ted said, no longer be able to concentrate on his book, not with something like this in the mist. "But you see, I am quite the curious creature. So sooner rather then later. I promise not to ruin your little plan." Ted said, knowing that the both of them knew better then that. Frankly, if this plan of hers caused anyone to get hurt he would be the first to take his NO coin out and contact everyone. Rosie wanted to come with him, but he felt it unfair that everyone was celebrating and she barely had anytime to relax over the past week. Unlike Ted, she had actually studied for Charms.
Nikita laughed at Teddy, then rolled her eyes quickly. "Yeah, right." Nikita said to Teddy harshly, not believing that he wouldn't get in the way of her plan. Nikita watched as a few seventh year Slytherins walked into the library searching for a seat. Then Nikita looked past Teddy's shoulder, and spotted a table full of four first years. She nodded her head towards the Slytherins, and took her wand out of her pocket. She thought of a quick spell to get the first years out. "Densaugeo. Densaugeo. Densuageo. Densuageo." Nikita whispered four times, moving her wand to all four of the first years. The first years hopped up from their table screaming, as their teeth grew, and grew, and grew. They ran out of the Library, screaming together, probably going to Madam Pomfrey. Nikita smiled evily, as she put her wand back into her pocket. The Slytherins looked at her curiosly, looking at Teddy then back at Nikita. Then they thanked her with nods, and Nikita looked back at Teddy. "And no, that wasn't my plan." Nikita said to Ted.
Teddy rolled his eyes as he saw the first years yelp and run from their seats. "Why am I not surprised?" he scoffed, turning back to his book. He bit his lower lip, something he found himself doing more often while he thought. Finally, he felt like breaking the silence with a long deserved sigh. "Are you going to tell me your plan yet?" he asked, sighing once again.
