Days as these weren't meant to be spent sulking around the castle with nothing to do. There was no reason what-so-ever for the young Slytherin girl to saty inside when the sun was shining brightly outside. No homework or teaching to be done. Nothing, nothing at all. Most of her friends were off somewhere with their boyfriends or guy friends, Corlis only had a few guy friends, and a special boy friend. But she didn't want to think about Noah right then. She just wanted to relax and take a swim in the cold waters of the Black Lake.
The wind was blowing softly, bringing with it gusts of warm wind. It was a pleasent day, to say the least. So, Corliss made her way across the grounds, meaning to go to the edge of the lake. But her feet had a mind of their own. They always did, never going where she told them to go. She found herself at a halt on the landing of the jagged stairs leading to the boat house. Not a very safe looking thing. With whole steps missing and alomost every step having a chunk of concrete missing. Though she willed herself to turn around, Corliss's feet began to move, taking her down the steps.
After about ten minutes, the small Slytherin found herself, towel in hand, walking slowly into the medium sized building. It was sturdy enough. Most students found themselves propped up in the exposed beams, taking life easy. Corliss though, found herself removing her shirt to reveal the navy blue and red bathingsuit she had worn underneath her clothing. Smiling Corliss folded up her shirt, laying it in the corner. She was about to take off her pants, when she thought about taking life easy and crawling up in the beams. She nodded and scaled the walls, finding a nice spot to sit and think.
