It seemed like it had been forever since Louis Weasley had been able to go for a decent run. He was relishing in the feel of the air brushing past him, cooling him down as his muscles heated up. His breaths were deep and measured as his pace slowed, he needed to take a break.
As he came to a stop by the boat house he smiled, stretching out the muscles briefly to avoid getting cramp in his legs he flopped onto the grass just outside the building. He waited for his breathing to return to normal before he took a drink of water from the bottle he held in his hand. He hadn't really been pushing himself so it took him relatively little time to recuperate.
Deciding he just needed to relax for he closed his eyes, placing the bottle beside his hip as his hands moved behind his head, acting like a pillow, hidden by his mess of bronze hair. The blades of grass tickled his bare calves and upper arms as the breeze moved them gently against his skin, it was an odd feeling, but not in a bad way.
This was how it was supposed to be, just being able to relax and be free. This is what Louis liked.

The water was soothing as Lexi swam under the surface of the surprisingly clear water. She opened her eyes as she floated under the water, looking at her surroundings. There was seaweed floating upwards, fish swimming, and a couple random things she couldn't quite decide what they were. Her hair floated around her, making her look somewhat like a mermaid. If such things were real. She was wearing a white bikini, with black designs all over it.
The water was freezing, considering that it was Winter. She didn't mind though. She was use to the freezing feeling on her skin. She couldn't stay in the water that long though, which was why Lexi kicked off, swimming to the surface of the Black Lake. Her head broke the surface and she took in a huge gulp of air. She sighed heavily, looking up to see a guy laying on the grass in front of her.
She half smiled, noticing that he was indeed a very handsome young man. She pulled herself out of the water, grabbing a towel that she had laid out for herself. She dried herself off quickly, hanging the towel back up onto the tree limb. She walked towards the guy, raising an eyebrow as she sat down next to him. "Hey," She said, smiling at him, as she laid down on the grass next to him.

Louis heard the sound of something breaking through the surface of the water, but figured it was simply the Giant Squid as usual and so didn't pay any attention to it. Though he was roused from his relaxed state by the sound of a voice beside him.
Opening his eyes he glanced at the girl who had claimed the grass beside him, and he honestly couldn't deny that she was attractive. And vaguely familiar, though he couldn't quite figure out why. "Hey." He smiled, propping himself up on one elbow as his free hand ran through his hair, brushing a few strands out of his blue eyes.
He noted her damp hair and eyed the lake for a moment before looking back to the girl. "Swimming? At this time of year?" He asked in a slight state of disbelief.

Turning to glance at the guy next to her, Lexi raised her eyebrow at him wondering why he was looking at her in such a strange way. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" She accused him, although her words weren't sharp at all. She was proud of her controlled tone of voice, which frankly was very unexpected.
Miss. Krum smiled over at him as he ran a hand through his hair. She shrugged at his statement, suppressing a chuckle that hid low in her throat, "Yeah, I have to admit that I love cold water. I'll probably catch Pneumonia, but oh well. It was so worth it." She winked at him, making a clicking noise with her tongue.
She rolled her eyes slightly, talking once more while she raised her hand in order to shake it with this guys own hand in formal greeting, "I don't think we've met..." She paused as she shook his hand, continuing on slowly, "I'm Lexi Bee Krum, you are...?" She smiled, turning back to look at the lake.

He shrugged as she spoke, unaware that he was really looking at her in any way to make her comment, so he muttered a quiet, "Sorry."
He laughed as she revealed that she liked swimming in cold water. "I guess it can be rather refreshing, but the risk of pneumonia tends to put me off it a little." He smiled warmly. He was more one for land based activities, though he did like swimming in the summer, climbing out of the relatively cool water into the suns heat was always a nice feeling for him.
As the girl offered her hand Louis took it, shaking it as she introduced herself. Krum? He wasn't sure he'd heard her right, but introduced himself, "I'm Louis Weasley." He said politely before using hsi hand to prop himself up once more. "I'm sorry, but did you say you're name was Krum? Do you by any chance know Lilah Krum?" He akse,d unable to fight his curiosity.

Lexi chuckled, shrugging off his apology quickly. "Don't worry about it," She looked out over the Lake, her eyes filled with warmth. She turned to look at him, smiling gently at him. "Well, it is to me. I like fighting off stuff though. Gives me something to do." She watched him curiously, nodding briefly once he said his name.
Lexi threw her head back laughing gently at his last statement. She looked at him, her smile reaching her eyes, "Yeah, I know her. She's my sister." She paused for a brief moment, "Well actually my half sister to be precise." She smiled, cocking her head to the side as his gaze turned slightly confused.
"You know her? Oh wait..." She paused, tapping her finger to her chin as she thought, "OH! You're Louis! She talks about you a lot. Says you guys are best friends...? Am I correct?" She asked, slightly appalled that Lilah hadn't told Louis about having half brothers and sisters. "She didn't tell you... did she?"

"Yeah, we are best friends, but no she didn't tell me she had a half sister. We don't tend to dwell on family stuff though." He said carefully, a little hurt that his best friend hadn't even told him she had siblings. Half or otherwise.
He couldn't help the small frown that furrowed his brow as he let his arms give out and his head fell back, meeting the earth with a quiet thump. He was a little annoyed, but he'd deal with that later, it wasn't this girls fault that Lilah hadn't told him. He'd talk to her next time he saw her.
He looked back to Lexi and smiled, "It's nice to meet you though Lexi." He paused for a moment before smiling genuinely once more, "I do hope she's only said good things about me." He laughed softly.

Lexi looked over at Louis, seeing the hurt in his eyes. She bit her bottom lip, feeling as if she shouldn't have told him her last name. "Oh, I'm sorry... uhm... I probably shouldn't have said any of that." She shrugged, sitting back up as he thumped down on the ground again.
Lexi sighed heavily, speaking softly to Louis, praying that she wouldn't say anything to upset him again, "Oh, and you can call me BeeBee. Or anything else you would like." She gave him a small smile before jumping to her feet.
"Yeah, I can see that you're ecstatic, Louis." She said sarcastically, "I suppose that's my Q. I'll go now." She said, her voice showing her disappointment. Maybe... just maybe... he would come after her. She began to walk away slowly, grabbing her clothes off of the ground.

Louis sighed slightly as Lexi apologised, he wasn't upset with her, if anything he was upset with Lilah, but that had no bearing on how he should be treating the girl he had just met. Especially since she was apparently his best friends half sister.
He watched as she got up and started to leave, he was going to let her go, but something wouldn't let him do that. With one more soft sigh Louis jumped to his feet, forgetting the water bottle which fell over in the grass as he jogged up behind her.
Reaching out a hand he rested it lightly on Lexi's shoulder, as if to forcibly stop her, though if she wanted to walk away she could. "I'm sorry, please, forgive me. I really did mean it when I said it was nice to meet you. I was just a little shocked to find out who you were. That's all. Again, I'm sorry I reacted like that." His voice was soft and gentle as he moved himself in front of her, his hand leaving her shoulder.

Shaking her head as she walked away from the Weasley boy, she heard him hop up his footsteps quick behind her. A grin pulled up on her face as his hand went to her shoulder in order to stop her. She did stop, considering she really actually wanted to. She listened intently to what he said, her chocolate brown eyes diving deeply into the depth of his own pair of orbs.
Finally, after acting like she needed to think about it, she responded to him slowly and kindly, "Ahh, it's okay. I probably took it the wrong way anyways. Besides... I'm sure it was really nice to meet me," She said with a chuckle, while flipping her hair over her shoulder for dramatic effect. She felt his hand leave her shoulder, and she looked up at him playfully.
The very second Louis looked away from her, Lexi grounded herself throwing her body towards Louis. She tackled him to the ground, as they rolled down the small area. She laughed the entire time, holding on to Louis as if she was afraid she was going to die. Finally, they stopped rolling, Lexi on bottom and Louis on top.

Louis couldn't help but look back into Lexi's eyes as she looked into his, though he fought the urge to bite his lip. He smiled softly as she spoke and nodded. He glanced away from her out to the lake for a second, trying to get a hold on himself, something was going on inside him and he wasn't quite sure what it was.
But he didn't have long to think about it as he felt himself being tackled to the ground by the girl in front of him. After they'd rolled for a few moments he found himself above her, a hand on either side of her head, supporting his weight, and two sides of him were warring.
Part of him was telling him to get up, to be a gentleman like he was raised to be. But the other part was telling him to stay exactly where he was, to enjoy the moment. And as he looked down at the girl he found himself caught up in her eyes again, the second part was going to win, he couldn't bring himself to move, at least not until she told him to.

After Lexi steadied herself, she felt dizzy. It looked as if there were five Louis' above her, and she couldn't seem to focus on any of them. So she laid there, laughing with Louis, her eyes shining. Eventually she spoke, her voice steady, "Well, can you blame me? Four siblings all together, and only one bathroom. Gotta fight for what you want... although in this case I don't know what I was fighting for,"
Lexi chuckled, her mind whirling from that mini roller coaster ride she took down the hill. Quickly, Lexi pulled herself up, kissing Louis on the lips. She pulled away just as quickly, jumping away from him and towards the Black Lakes' water. "You want me? You're gonna have to come get me, Mr. Weasley." she laughed, diving into the water quickly.
Lexi's head broke the surface of the water, and she looked at Louis whom was still on the ground. She shrugged, floating on the water. She smiled seductively, wondering how far she could push the boy. See if the way he was looking at her really was what she thought it was. "Come on... it's not that cold..." She lied, rolling her eyes softly.

"And I thought two sisters with one bathroom was bad enough." Louis managed to laugh out before Lexi leant up, kissing him, before running away, leaving him in a slight daze, trying to work out if what had just happened had been real.
As he heard the splash of her diving into the lake he knew it was and was on his feet in an instant heading towards the water as she spoke again. He paused as he reached the edge of the water, debating whether or not to jump in, though it wasn't much of a debate.
He dove into the water, not bothering to remove his t-shirt or shorts, it's not like they'd be much use in warming him up after this. He gasped as he broke through the top of the water as he surfaced, he knew the water would be cold, but he didn't expect it to be that cold.
He swam over to Lexi, a menacing, yet teasing look in his eyes, "You lied to me Miss Krum, it is that cold." He said quietly, treading water as he looked at her floating in the water.

The water was cold. No, let's rephrase that. It was freezing. Lexi didn't want to leave the water until Louis dove in though. So she waited for him to dive in after her, which didn't seem to take that long at all. She watched as his head broke the surface, making his way over to where Miss. Krum was floating. She smiled innocently at him as he claimed her as a liar.
Lexi shrugged softly before finally answering him in a soft innocent tone to match her expression, "Yeah... well I didn't think you'd actually come in. I guess I was wrong though." She said, hating to admit that she was wrong. It felt like venom on her tongue as the word, wrong, slid from her tongue like a lizard.
She laughed, swimming closer to Louis before dunking him under the water playfully. She chuckled, letting him back up while disappearing under the water. She popped back up behind him, whispering softly in his ear before he could turn around, "I'm sorry I lied," Her voice was gentle and seductive as she swam around Louis delicately.

Louis nodded as she said she was wrong, "I guess you were." He said simply, but there was a small smile on his lips. He just about managed to take a breath before she dunked his head under the water.
He through his head back as he resurfaced, his hand running back over his hair to get it out of his eyes before shaking his head a little. He heard her break through the water, but she spoke before he could turn around.
As she swum around to face him, his hands moved without his permission and took hold of her hips, stopping her from swimming away again. "I suppose you're forgiven." He smiled playfully as his arms retracted slightly, pulling her closer to him.
