Noah had heard that love made you do crazy things, and he could tell he was definitely in love, since during his fourth year when he was dragged to the tea shop by some girl he promised himself he never would step a foot in the place again. Yet, here he was, hand in hand with his blond beauty, heading to the tea shop, something he had suggested they do. What was the world coming to?

Kallie was back at the castle with her 'Auntie' Nikita. Noah and Corliss both agreed, after some long weeks of getting Kallie into a scheduled sleeping pattern, they need some alone time. Actually, their friends had told them to leave the child in their care and go get a good snog from each other. But it was so hard, to leave such a cute child all the way back in the castle. Her eyes had lightened up a bit, but not as much as he thought they would. But they were still captivating, he found it extremely hard to pull his eyes away from her when she cooed to him, as if trying to communicate. They both began to learn her language. Noah could tell the coo that she wanted food from the coo that she had a dirty diaper now.

He looked over at his girlfriend, Corliss, and smiled down at her, his arm wrapping around her as he kissed her head playfully. It just happened to be their three month anniversary. Well he assumed, it was the night that Avery had died, he had come to her rescue as she burst in to tears. He had held her close, whisper words of comfort to her, and it was even the night they shared their first kiss, even for such a sad night. They had done the whole "so you want to be my boyfriend/girlfriend?" thing, they just kind of clicked. so he decided to make that night, the night of their first kiss, the night they started dating. He wondered if they looked like a odd sight, not only by the height difference, but the fact that he wore the bright Hufflepuff scarf around his neck while she sported the bright green Slytherin one around hers. What an odd couple they were.

As they reached the tea shop, Noah smiled and opened the door for her. "After you love." he smiled, watching as she walked in and followed right behind her, placing his hands on either side of her arms, rubbing them up and down as they looked for a place to sit. As she pointed a place out to him, he simply nodded, following over to their seats. Again he was the gentlemen as he pulled out her chair and helped her out of her coat before he sat on the opposite side of her, immediately reaching for her hand as they sat down. A server came by and he asked for a green tea. Once she took Corliss's over he sighed, leaning against the wall they were sitting by, looking over at her. "Finally, some time to our selves. Does it feel like forever or is that just me?" Noah chuckled, his thumb stroking the back of her hand.

Noah smiled back at her as her hand tightened on his. It reminded him of the simple gestures they shared at the Three Broomsticks that day that seemed so far off from today, when it really was only a few weeks behind them. He found that day he finally drifted from Zoey and found love with Corliss. He had never loved Zoey, just found her attractive. He was never sure she was all there for him either, that it was just a fling. He wanted to find something long term, done with his flings, and that's when Corliss came in. He thought, now knew, she would be the one he let in, let her love him and love her back. He didn't think it would happen right away, but now, three months later, with a lot they had gone through, they were madly in love. Yeah, he never thought it would happen.

He wondered if he could tell her about his Dad. She knew little things, about how he wanted him to dump her as soon as he owled home telling his mother, because she was so much more understanding, about the baby. About how she was raped, but still didn't want to kill the child. His mother was in full support but his father was totally against it. He hated going home at Christmas, and was glad of the excuse that he was staying for the Yule Ball this year. Not only did he get to spend it with Corliss, but he didn't have to go, and look at his fathers disapproving scowl the entire time. It haunted him always. Especially when he announced he wanted to be a reporter, that hadn't gone over well at all for his father.

Noah shook his head slightly, getting himself out of those thoughts. His free hand moved under the table and rested on his thigh, gently stroking up and down as he looked over at her. He felt the heart of his ring press against her skin and he looked down at their hands for a moment. He knew what he wanted to do, give her his ring, to show how serious they truly were, to show that they were in love and something extremely terrible would have to break them from one another. He looked up at her, a smile on his lips, trying to start some casual conversation. "So how goes catch-up? I heard the professors gave you a lot of stuff so you can catch up on." he asked her, his hand continuing to rub her thigh.

Noah sighed and leaned back into his seat. The hand that had been on her thigh moved up into his brown locks, trying to decide what he should do. He could tell her, but would she be completely repulsed by his weakness? He was, he wasn't even sure how his sister got put in his house, but he knew perfectly well why he was in it. "I've been, debating, for awhile if I should tell you about my Da." Noah said, looking up at her softly, yet there was signs of saddness in his voice as he spoke.

"You see, when I was born, they thought I had some mental problem. Because I didn't scream like normal babies did, and when I was really young, when people said my name I would respond. It started there, where my Da began to ignore me." Noah sighed, taking a deep breathe. "Of course Scar came along, he was all buddy buddy with her, but I was more like the ignored child." he shrugged. "I didn't mind, I prefered my quite life. Reading. My Da was appauled to me. When he had company, he would send us to our rooms, but I knew it was just because he didn't want his collegues to know how messed up his kid was.

"So he sent me off to work with my uncle when I was ten. One night, we were attacked by a bunch of different monsters. Atleast, I think we were, I blanked out at some point and can't remember much, only knowning that my uncle died. Died from the attack. I only had a few scratches. Da blamed me for the death of his only brother." Noah said the last part quietly, looking down at their entwined hands. "When I was put in Hufflepuff, not Slytherin like the rest of my family, he called me a disgrace. I knew I wasn't Slytherin matrieal, so I tried to prove I was. I caused trouble, I joined the DE, I did everything I could. He blamed me for Scar getting into Hufflepuff as well.

"I never really started living up to my title until you came around. I'll be honest, I believed that you'd only want to hang out with me if I was a scheming evil Death Eater. Now, I enjoy it, but Da still isn't happy. When he found out about you being pregnant, he told me to stop seeing you. That I didn't want that burden. I told him to eff off, and I was doing what I wanted for once in my life." he said, squeezing her hand. "For the first time in sixteen years, I feel content. I feel perfect. I feel happy. And I have you to thank." He smiled brightly, looking over at the girl he loved to death with a smile and reached over for a small kiss. He looked at her warily, to see how she took this news.

Noah didn't look up right away, he stared down at his hands for a moment before he finally looked up at her face, noting the sadness in her own face. He smiled slightly as she complimented him, still not really looking up. His head was still down by his eyes fell on hers. He couldn't believe that she was trying to comfort him. He had never been comforted in this subject before, his mother not wanting to speak ill of her husband nor his sister, who just didn't bring their father up at all. It felt new to him, like it was slowly becoming better or something. He couldn't really tell, but he knew since she had come into the picture, his outcome on life was a hell of a lot better. "I've never told anyone about my Da before. He doesn't.. physically.. you know." he said quietly and bit his lower lip. "But sometimes, saying the stuff he does, it's just as bad as a kick in the stomach."

A soft teasing smile pulled the corners of his lips. "I really wouldn't want my father to love me exactly how you do love, that would be a little eerie." he chuckled, a hand reaching out to cup her cheek. "But it's okay. If he doesn't want me, he doesn't need me. I'm perfectly fine with cutting him out of my life." he said seriously and calming, a smile still tugging his lips. "But thank you babe. You know I love you right?" he chuckled, leaning over to peck her lips softly, pulling away to take another sip of his green tea. But still, the sadness was still in his eyes, just wanting a father who would love him. A mother who wasn't afraid to stand up to her husband. Or a sister who wasn't so unhappy all the time.

Noah smiled as she listed off the people who loved him. Especially smiling when she listed their daughter. "That's all I need. The love of my girls." he chuckled. It was true, he found his life becoming surrounded by the life of Corliss and Kallie. Especially for that new little girl. Every time she saw him she would squeal with delight and Noah's heart fell for the child and her mother more and more each day. They made their 'spot' the Room of Requirements, and when Noah would head there after classes to find his girlfriend struggle with some ordeal that Kallie brought upon her, the smiles that showed on both of their faces brightened his day.

He realized then that's probably why he wanted to be such a good father to Kallie, because he did want to end up like his father. He was already so proud of Kallie, and she had barely done anything spectacular yet, since she was only about two weeks old. He laughed at the thought of his father being gay, but let her continue with her speech, seeing the sadness in her eyes. "That's the thing Cor." he whispered gently. "He doesn't want to meet you two at all. He refuses to talk to me now at all, after I told him that you two were the most important things in my life now. He just completely blows me off, and tries to hide the rumors about me getting you knocked up." he sighed, shaking his head. "She of course can meet my Mum, Mum's ecstatic to meet her. Frankly, with the way he behaves, I don't want Kallie to set a foot near my father, well, that is, when she can walk." he chuckled.

As she kissed him back sweetly, telling him he owned his heart, the corners of his lips curled. "Of course I do. I don't think there's been a hour apart where you haven't told me." he chuckled, squeezing her hand. "But I have more on my mind then just Da." he whispered, removing his hand from hers to slip off his ring. he pinched it between his point and thumb, leaning his elbow on the table, exposing it for her to examine. "Do you know what this kind of ring is Cor? Or the significance behind it?" he asked, an amused smile on his face.

Noah chuckled at her teasing as she kissed him on the cheek. He remembered their first night in the Hospital Wing, they had stayed up late talking and Corliss had asked him why he had never told her he could sing. It wasn't something he was proud of, so he never bother to show or tell her before. She was equally surprised when she found out he could play piano, and play it well. She had scolded him, telling him he was no longer aloud to keep secrets from. He could only chuckle at his silly girlfriend. But since then, there had been many nights he sung his girls to sleep, which he soon found out he loved to do.

Noah smiled right back at her. "Don't forget her beautiful mother. I can already tell Mum will love you, she's one of those people." he grinned. As she mention about how she wanted to meet her, he gave her a nod. "Of course, Mum's dying to meet you and Kallie. Whenever is fine with her. She doesn't really work anymore, so she could come visit here or we can wait till the holidays." Noah explained. Not many boys wanted their girlfriends to meet their mothers, but Noah had always been a Momma's Boy, so of course he was excited for Cor to meet her. He knew they would take a liking to one another immedietly, as his mother had that ability with people.

A small scowl came to his face. Of course his sister would go and tell Corliss about the ring, about the family heriloom. "Scar just doesn't understand." he murmured, looking down at the ring for a moment before looking back up at Corliss. He noticed the look of stupidy hitting her face and he grinned slightly. "Don't worry love, no need to feel stupid. Not a lot of people do, well, unless you're Irish." Noah chuckled, lowering his hand down. "It's called a Claddagh ring. And before you ask, yes, I do indeed have Irish roots. Mum's side. Anyways, they can be bought brand new, but the better ones are herilooms, like this one." he explained, showing the ring to her. "They're tokens of love, usually worn to show your relationship status, if you will." he smiled, slipping it on his right ring finger. "When the heart is worn upwards like this on the right finger, it shows that the bearer is looking for love." he flipped it downwards, like he had been wearing it for months now. "When flipped downwards, it means the bearer has found love, or you're heart has been 'capture'." he smiled, taking it off his finger again. "You can wear it on your left finger as well, to show if your engaged or married." he said, rolling the fingers between his fingers. "The reason Scar doesn't like it is because she thinks I'm giving it away so freely." he explained, giving her a moment to process that tibbit before grinning up at her. "Cor, I want you to wear my ring, to show that you truly do own my heart. And so people can stop checking out my beautiful girlfriend." he beamed, offering her the ring.

Noah beamed as she took the ring and placed it on her finger, he chuckled as it automatically slid downwards due to the fact it was a little too big. "We can get it fixed, if you liked. I'm sure it has changed a few times in it's years. It did, after all, belong to my.. was it four greats or five? Somewhere around there grandmother." he beamed before she kissed him softly on the lips. He took her bottom lip between his lips and nibbled softly until she pulled away, sighing softly. He coudln't believe how easily he fell in love with this girl, and for his first time as well. Sure he had his flings over the years but this was the longest relationship he had ever had, one that felt pure and true, hence for th why he gave her the ring. Although Scarlette didn't believe it was true, the both of them were pretty sure it was the real thing.

One hand moved back down to her thigh again, the devious smile playing it's role. His hand moved along her inner thigh as his hand gripped her right hand, which bore his ring. "Well." he sighed, never keeping his eyes off of hers. "This place seem so much more promising in my fourth year, now it's pretty stale. I can barely get a good snog out of my girlfriend without people starring at us." he chuckled, his hand making a circular track on her leg.

He caught her starring at his lips and smirked as he leaned into kiss her lips gently. In the past four weeks she had pretty made herself back into her fit self again. He knew she said he stomach wasn't exactly the same, but the baby bump was completely gone now, and she was still sexy as ever to him. He watched as her lips curved into a more sensual smile as he spoke. He felt his toes curl in his shoes as she spoke about finding a spot a little more pirvate. The crooked grin made a comeback. "I thought you'd never ask."

He stood up from his seat and pulled Corliss's seat out for her. He helped her get her coat back on once again as he slung his one quickly. He fiddled in his pocket before finding a few knuts and putting them on the table, placing a hand on the small of her back before leading her out of the tea shop. He was well aware of the stares of the students inside the shop, but he could give a damn. As he stepped outside, he realized he wasn't sure if she had a place in mind or not. He turned to look at her. "Where are we off to love? Or do you not have a place in mind?" he asked her.

A tingling sensation ran down his body as she kissed his neck, the playful smile curled onto his lips as she mentioned the Shrieking Shack. She grabbed his hand and began to tow him towards the shack, and he didn't have any complaints what so ever. "I'm sure we'll find some way to keep us warm." he chuckled, looking down at her with twinkling eyes, filled with happiness and love. He wondered how far this would get. Right now his mindset was for a homerun, but he wasn't sure if Corliss was ready for that. After all, she had been raped, but she had taken it very calmly, accepting it instead of denying it ever happened like most did. Although this wouldn't be her first, although he doubted she counted the rape, this would be the first time for him. And he was slightly frightened of that.

As she tightened her grip he looked down at her as she whispered her affection. He smiled brightly back at her, leaning down to kiss her softly, whispering "I love you" right back at her. Eventually they made their way into the Shack. He looked around, noticing what looked to be claw marks and the sort. He had heard Lupin's father had once come here to transform during the full moon, and he guessed that it was true. He looked back at Corliss with a smile as he brought her upstairs, finding a room with a tattered double bed and a couch. He lead her into the middle of it before releasing her hand to go close the door. He pulled his wand and did a small sealing charm, trying to block some of the cold air from coming it. He repeated the charm with the windows before returning to her. One hand went to her hip while the cupped her neck. "Cor, baby," he whispered, beginning to inch his lips closer to hers. "I love you." he whispered, pressing his lips hard against hers, pulling her close to his body.

Noah looked over at her as he made his way to the second window, so proud that this was his girl, surprised how madly they were in love with each other. But there was something on her face, some emotion, that he had to take a double take at. She looked like was abandoned, but yet he was right here, just sealing the windows against the chill. He hurried with his job this time and as he made his way back slowly to her the smile returned. He smiled right back at her as his hands found their place, her;'s finding their place in his hair. He groaned and smiled into their kiss, never wanting her hands to leave their place, gently tugging on his hair.

As she pulled away, his forehead rested against hers, panting from their kisses. "Well," he whispered, pulling away from their passionate kiss. "I think we can find a way." he subtly hinted. As his lips crashed against hers again, his hands moved to unbutton her coat, throwing it on the empty chair. His own coat followed, with their scarves in tow. He pulled away then, his forehead resting against her, the wicked smile in space as he half looked down at her. It was like he was daring her to make the next move, when really he just wanted to see how far she'd go.

Noah noticed a new smile on Corliss lips. It was, peculiar, one he had never seen before nor could place. He only assumed it was good, since she was indeed smiling at him. As she spoke with her ragged breathe, he felt his heart beginning to flutter violently so loud that he was sure she could hear it. He felt her hands move from his hair to his shirt, playing with the hem of his. His eyes locked onto her face, wondering if she would do it or not. If she wasn't ready, he would understand, but he couldn't help his teenage hormones from wanting more.

He lifted his arms as she pulled his shirt off his chest. It wasn't exactly chiseled like stone. There was the faint outline of a few abs and his pecks weren't saggy, to make him look like a slob. He looked like a guy who took care of his health, that was about it. He watched her face for expression of disgust or wonder, but didn't see anything as he found her lips on his again. He kissed back with just as much enthusiasm, shivering as her finger trailed down his spine. As she captured his bottom his lip, another groan escaped his lips, gently nibbling on her top lip. He saw the excitement in her eyes, the way her little hand simply rested on his chest. "And I really love you too." he said, smiling brightly before capturing her lips again.

His hands moved slowly to her back, moving down slowly until they cupped her butt. He lifted her up with ease and slung her legs around his waist, deciding it was high time they found some sort of comfortable surface. He brought her over to the bed, laying her down gently before assuming his position over her, forearms and legs on either side of her. His hands then found the hem of her shirt, trailing up her stomach. Of course, it wasn't completely fat, with having the baby only four weeks previous, but he still found her extremely attractive and cute and god, he just loved her.

Noah grinned as she moaned for him. This was definetly not Noah's first time getting this far, but it wasn;t much father then this. With her shirt alrighty half-way up her torso, he moved it upwards, eventually over her head, tossing it to the ground with his shirt. He smiled down at her, now only left in her jeans and bra. Like any new mother, he chest had filled out a little more and he smiled, leaning up to kiss the skin that her bra didn't cover before finding her lips. His hands then moved down to his belt, tugging it open with ease. His hands then moved to her stomach, exploring all around.

Her hands made their way back into his hair and he moaned happily. No words needed to be said in their exchange of kisses and removal of clothes, everything seemed understood. When he hands moved to his pants, his moved to hers, finding that they had already been unbuttoned. He smiled into their kiss, sliding hers down just past her panties before he took over removal of his own, his socks following. He was now only left in his plaid red boxers.

His lips moved down to her neck this time, repeating much like she had on the trip to the bed. His hands slid behind her back, finding her bra snap with ease and unsnapping it easier. He felt the butterflies fly into his stomach. This was totally new territory for him. He truly loved this girl, and perhaps that ring that was now on her finger would show her how much. Or maybe the deed they were finally about to seal. Either way, he was too lucky to have this girl for his own, to brighten his day each day, to kiss him and love him and to make him feel like he belonged somewhere, that he wasn't the failure his father told him was. Even when he told her the story she didn't back off. Was it even possible to be so perfect?

As the snapped off her bra strap, he heard her breathing shortening. He stop for a moment and searched for her blue eyes but before he could say anything her lips were on his, hard. He felt his stomach burst into flames as he felt he bra slide off and onto the bed. Her kissing became intensified and he found his ability to breathe beginning to lacken. Finally he found the ability to pull away, which he did and took in a deep breathe, trying to regain. "Jesus Cor, keep doing that and I'll pass out." he said with a grin, looking up at her face before, like any male with a almost naked girl in front of him, down to her chest. He let out another breathe and smiled at her. "You're so beautiful love." he whispered, returning to his face, not to seem like he was ogling of anything.
