Position: Fifth Year Prefect
Why You Want This Position: For one, there aren't any Hufflepuff prefects. And that just can't do, can it? Not to mention Louis is probably a bit studious and a rule-follower to the eye. (Of course he has some mischief, what boy doesn't?) But the Professors see Louis as a respectable, hard-working boy who's naturally good-hearted.
