Why You Want This Ability: "a person's thought are supposed to be, well, their own. as in, unless they speak them out loud, nobody else knows what they are. but with people who practice leglimency running around, that isn't so- unless, of course, you're an occlumens."
Why You Should Have This Ability: "well, it'd help with the whole new order vs. death eaters battle thing, whichever side i choose to join."
