At first look, Mikaela looks like your average punk rock girl. Super short, oddly styled hair, platinum blonde color, deep blue eyes, and tall enough to not be called short. Angel wings tattooed on her shoulder blades, the words "What goes around comes around" tattooed on her right wrist, along with other small symbols on her body. Lean legs, smooth stomach, muscular arms that make some girls scared, and multiple piercings on her lips, ears, nose and bellybutton make her a bit unnerving. Though she looks like a flat out punk, she really isn't what she appears.
Mika tries to keep her earrings off her lip and nose most of the time, not wanting to scare the other girls in her house. When she is going to classes, she keeps her make up simple. Not wearing very much so she stays as natural as possible. The three moles that form a slightly deformed triangle on her left cheek cause the most laughter she'd ever heard. It was like everyone was supposed to have the perfect freaking completion and she was just weird for having them. It really doesn't bother her, but the constant whispers and gazes falling on them start to annoy you. Everyone judges her by her looks, which come from her musical parents, and never really get to know her. She rather enjoys her punk like looks, she thinks they suite her just fine.

Though she comes from the rough world of rock stardom, Blaze is very soft and sweet. Though her style of punk attire navigates most people away, those who know her know she loves a good laugh and enjoys talking about normal things. Though she tends to sing about everywhere she goes, her friends soon got used to it. She isn't bad actually, but quite good. Blaze is known for her loud laughing in the Common Room and love of helping people. You see, when she is on the road with her parents, she finds herself wandering around helping people get ready for the next performance. She looks rough around the edges, but her heart is pure.

Mika Blaze Kutz was born on a normal Friday morning. Nothing too extravagant for such a simple girl. When her parents saw her, they instantly knew she was going to be a great girl someday. Her mother wanted to name her Cameron Blaze, but her father held the little bundle in his arms, he whispered the name Mika Blaze Lutz. Her name stuck and it became the most valued thing her parents ever did for her.
From a young age, Mika knew she was different. She never really fit in with the Muggles at her school. She found out she was a witch when she was eight, being told it was a huge secrete and she was to keep it to herself. Eventually, her parents withdrew her from school because of the little princess being bullied. Apparently, looking like a mini rocker wasn't the 'in' look. She was home schooled on the road with her parents, glad she didn't have to deal with the outside, magically challenged world.
