This is a CRUCIAL part of the plot, so it is important that you know what is involved:
The DE have resurrected the Death Eaters and their ideas. Even though they are still teenagers, this does not mean their ideas have been watered down to become “child-friendly”. No. The unforgivable curses are essential in their plan to dominate the Wizarding world once more, forcing history to repeat itself. Lead by Voldemort’s daughter herself, well that's the rumour, past mistakes are avoided and successful actions are continued.
The DE seek the total destruction of wizarding families of Muggle lineage, and complete power and control over the entire Wizarding world, restoring leadership in the magical community to the pure-bloods. The DE not only seek the restoration of pure-blood rule over the Wizarding community, but also the eventual subjugation of the Muggle community under Wizarding rule. Claims that Voldemort himself is a half-blood are dismissed because he is also Heir of Slytherin and in any case exercised complete control over the minds of his followers. The DE has also begun to attack pure-bloods who oppose them. With plans of infiltrating the New Order beginning to arise, planning, practice and perfection are what they strive to achieve.
