Name: James Serius Potter Year: 7th House: Gryffindor I am applying for the position of: Number 3 Why I would be a good member of the New Order: My father lead the DA into battle and he defeated him last time. I am constantly in his shadow and want to prove myself for once that I can follow in his footsteps. My mother was also in Dumbledore’s Army. I somehow inherited my father’s DADA abilities and my mother’s transfiguration skills. I (like my parents) hate the DE and I want to fight to crush them once and for all. Furthermore I know that my dad knows about this and is on board so I can call him in for backup if need be and keep him updated.

Technically he's just a spy for the Death Eaters without knowledge. So. Just normal Order stuff. Running errands, attending meetings, maybe even "spying" on the Death Eaters. Think like Snape, double agent but the other way around perhaps. Why I would be a good member of the New Order: Simply because he's Baby Louis and no one would expect him of any intentional wrong-doing. Plus he's a Weasley, it's in his blood. He feels it's his duty to his parents (active Order members) to partake in some Order business. He doesn't like it really, and his heart lies in the middle of the DE and the Order.

Name: Brooke McGrawp Year: seventh House: Gryffindor I am applying for the position of: fellow I would like my job to involve: teaching and spell development Why I would be a good member of the New Order: Born two years after the demise of Voldemort, I never saw war as a child. But I saw pain. Everyone had lost a husband, a mother, a nephew, a friend. Some had lost most of their family. But I was essentially raised by the Order of the Phoenix, and I have always known what good people can do, what a difference we can make, and how worthwhile our sacrifice is. This gives me the passion, the determination, and the courage, to do whatever I am called upon to do. I'm fascinated in the construction of spells, sparked by my early days of pulling pranks on the Slytherins, and have written many amalgamations. The Death Eaters will never have seen many of mine, and I think I'm close to a breakthrough in writing the Hidden Hex, where any attempt to reverse a spell will trigger another hex. The New Order need my expertise.

Why I would be a good member of the New Order: My heart is in it fully, face it... those DE's are dangerous. I could always be used as decoy bait? I'm not much, truthfully. I'll still fight with my heart and always will be there. Whether it maybe for a broken limb, an extra hand, or a wicked curse. I'm your man. Loyal as could be, unlike some members I've come across.... fighting with their tail in between their legs. My loyalty lies with you, my friends, and c'mon! Ya just can't say no to this. Not really serious.
