Guess the event // weird I know

So since's no one's online, I thought I'd create another game for you all to try. Now I don't expect this to be successful but I just want to see what happens. The aim of the game is to guess the event that the person is describing. The event has to be from the harry potter books, okay? The first person to guess correctly describes the next event. You can give your clues in any form, be imaginative.

Ok, I'll go first.

In the deepest darkest night,
With no sign of morning light,
The cloaked figure waited by the tree,
Waiting for someone like me.

Those odd eyes began to search,
Away from the sparrow's perch,
But alas he grew impatient with time,
As he walked towards that house of mine.

The crunch of leaves his footsteps cause,
advancing on without a pause,
he arrived at the wooden door,
the only house marked with four.

He raises his fist and knocks,
Just as the hour chimes on the clocks,
The door swings open without a sound,
Strange, because there is nobody around.

He sweeps across the kitchen tiles,
Aware of no houses for miles,
This should be a silent visit,
So quick that everyone will miss it.

A man is standing in his way,
Shouting that he can not stay,
A merciless laugh and then a cry,
Only two remain who have to die.

Stepping over the body of the man,
He laughed again as only he can,
Leaving the body without a care,
He made his way up the stair.
