Lily saw Avery come up to the group. He wasn't a bad guy, well, thats what Rosie said. She was to pissed at this point to care. He was a Slytherin and Kianthra was a Slytherin, so she didn't want to risk him helping her. "None of your damn business, Bishop. So get the hell out of here!" she pat, turning back to Rosie. She shrugged her shoulders, saying she was sorry out loud would not do any good right now. Rosie would forgive her for cursing, seeing as Lily seemed to curse when she was angry.
Avery glared at Lily. He didn't like the way that she was talking to him. Surely Rosie had told them that he wasn't bad. He wouldn't hurt Rosie's cousin. He looked at Kianthra, and cocked his head to the side in a questioning manor. He felt Kianthra's wand against his chest. Avery wondered what Kianthra would do once she saw him... Would she attack him thinking that he was planning to harm her? (which he certainly wasn't) Or was would she want him to help her?
Lily felt Avery looking at her. She left all hope form him behind, as she turned her small body to him. "You got a problem with me? If not, then please return to helping you stupid Slytherin friends over there. God knows she needs all the help she can get." she said, turning back to Kia.
When Avery entered, Rosie felt a rush of relief flooding through her body. Now that he was here, Kianthra was outnumbered four to one, much worse odds for her seeing as she was lacking in the wand department. She flashed her Slytherin friend a fleeting smile before turning back to the Slytherin girl and pocketing her wand. "Look, Lestrange. We don't want trouble. If you'd kindly leave, it'd be much appreciated." And she really didn't. Any more trouble in a week of strange happenings would surely send her over the edge. She didn't think she could handle it.
As Lily cursed at Avery, Rosie turned to give her cousin a warning glance. "Watch your mouth, Lil," she told the younger girl. Even if she was a few inches shorter than her fourth year cousin, she had a sense of power over her. After all, she was the Second in Command, and Lily was technically under her control. Not that she often used her power to get her cousin to do things. Other than watch her foul mouth and get out of dangerous situations, which were two things that she had to do quite often, as Lily was rather adventurous, in a literal term as well as with her words.
A small quiet chuckle ran under Avery's lips, but he quickly stopped it. He didn't respond to Lily, he just ignored her. He didn't care what she had to say about him. Avery smiled back at Rosie, quickly, knowing that this wasn't the most perfect time to be jolly. He decided that since Lily wasn't going to answer his question then surely Rosie would. He inched a little closer to Rosie, barely even moving. "Rosie, what is going on?" Avery questioned her semi-patiently. He looked at Kianthra, not positive that he would do anything to her.

The infamous Slyhterin remained still, her pretty face showing no signs of the battle occuring inside her mind. Now with three Gryffindors standing on the stair before her, yes she was outnumbered. Footsteps climbing the stairs, she turned and saw Avery Bishop climbing the stairs. She watched him carefully as he passed wondering whether he had picked up the Yew Wand which had been lying at the bottom of the stairs. Ok so Avery made it four to one. Even though Kia expected him to side with her, due to them being in the same house, she highly doubted whether he would join either side. He'd be impartial, yet slightly biased towards the NO.
Her eyes scanned the quartet for any signs of movement. There were two ways she could escape by. One involved getting past the quartet and head up the stairs to the sixth floor, or take the stairs behind her down to the fourth floor. Centimetres away from the edge of the step, yet she did not take a step towards the NO members. That would be risky. If she turned her back, Kia thought the angry Potter girl would hit her in the back, and that wouldn't be a pleasant experience. Avery was looking at her again, can't he get it into his head that I'm not going to attack him? Mind you he does have more muscle than brains, so that's to be expected.
Leave? That would be admitting defeat. I would walk away if I had my wand back, but of course they won't give it back to me. Even though I'm the one who's outnumbered, I can tell they fear me.
SLYTHERIN - Some are born evil, some achieve evil and some have evilness thrust upon them
Rosie could tell the Slytherin girl was thinking. She could almost see the wheels cranking behind those malicious, calculating eyes. The girl knew she was outnumbered four to one, and Rosie knew that she would leave. But there was something stopping her. Perhaps it was her lack of wand. Rosie could easily fix that problem. Uncrossing her arms and pulling her own wand out of its place in the back pocket of her jeans, she put it in the air, muttering, "Accio Kianthra Lestrange's Wand."
She wasn't sure it would work. After all, she'd never actually Summoned someone's wand before, or seen it done. But, sure enough, there was a rusling noise and out of wherever Avery had put it. Giving the boy a questioning look, she lightly snatched the wand out of the air before holding it, end pointing rather accurately at her own heart, out to Kianthra. Perhaps that would get her out of here. Enough minds had been attacked today.
As Rosie summoned Kianthra's wand, it flew out of his inside pocket. He was going to give it back to Kianthra later today, but he guessed Rosie wanted to give it to her now. Avery sort of trusted Kianthra, in a weird way. He looked at Kianthra, as Rosie handed the wand to her.

Corliss had felt a certain pull toward the stairs. She narrowed her eyes wondering what could be going on. She looked up as far as she could, seeing a small gathering going on, she decided to investigate. She climbed the stairs slowly, making sure she was making no noise. She heard the stupid Potter girl swearing at an unknown person. Well, unknown until she heard his voice. Avery Bently Bishop. She scowled. Ever since the day in the library, she had no respect for him. She listened to the voices, wondering what was going on. She heard Rosie too. 'Well, this should be fun.' she thought, an evil, smug look crossing her lips. As Corliss made her way up, Corliss could see Kia. She had to hurry. 'Screw being quite!' she thought, know that her friend was out numbered four to one, made the younger girl nervous. She finally reached the group and looked at Kianthra. No one seemed to take notice in her but her Fellow DE. "Why, what seems to be going on here?" she asked, walking to Kia's side. She eyed the traitor standing near Rosie. She got on the step above Kia. It made her feel taller. "What did I tell you? I said that Bishop was with them, did I not?" she whispered, so only Kia could hear.
Avery heard someone walking up the stairs to the unexpected 'meeting'. It was Corliss Malfoy. Well Shit! Avery thought to himself. Now the girl I am madly in love with is here, and my best friend. Isn't this just PERFECT?! Avery couldn't believe it. Then he heard what Corliss said to Kianthra. "Hey! I am on NO ONE'S SIDE!" Avery couldn't stand people saying that. He wasn't on anyone's side.

Vikki's wish had come true. There were people everywhere. She had to leave. This was insanity. Maybe, if she could get a prefect, they could leave without someone getting hurt. But, then again. She was already labeled a coward, so why hesitate? She held her wand, closely, watching Kianthra with the caution of a person close to being pushed off of a cliff, despite the back-up she had. This would kill her pride, but, better safe the sorry, right? Right? She back towards Lily. "Lils, I'm outta here. Sorry" She turned and ran, the second the stairs hit the next floor. She was going to go hide, perhaps in the Shreiking Shack. I'm such a wuss

As soon as the Yew Wand had been returned to her hand, Kia smiled. A smile that would have puzzled all of those standing around her. She wasn't outnumbered any more, Corliss was here, and of course that meant that Avery would switch sides, as he always did. She lowered the wand to her side away from the Weasley girl's heart, after all she had returned the wand, as she had promised. So yes, Kia would keep her word, well sort of. "Don't worry Corliss, everything's under control. And Bishop, you can't sit on the fence all of your life." Her eyes flicked from him to Corliss and back again, hoping he would get the message.
As the other Weasley girl took off up the stairs, Kia remained looking into Corliss' eyes. A slight flick of the wrist, that went unnoticed by the rest of the gathered crowd, sent a trip jinx towards the fleeing seventh year.

Victoire dashed, as she heard the calm, in control voice of Kianthra speak up. "Don't worry Corliss, everything's under control" She tried to flee, but the jinx caught up with her, forcing her to trip, and slam hard down on the hard wooded stairs. She rolled over, not wanting to make a sound, and snatched up her wand, before remembering a spell her uncle had used a few times before. "Eat slugs!" She snapped, almost inaudibly, and sent the gross jinx towards Kianthra, before jumping to her feet and searching through her memory for another spell.

Ugh slugs. Protego. Oh dear Bishop's got some on his sleeve, he will be upset.Kia smiled at the moment when Avery would discover he had slugs crawling on his sleeve. Priceless. She kept her face free of emotion, of course this hadn't stopped all the other members of the group turning to face her, glaring. Well what did they expect? Yes I kept my word, I didn't attack the Weasley girl, but they failed to specify which one. Another one of their flaws, honestly they really do need someone to point them out. A small twist of the wrist sent a stunning spell towards the Weasley girl, unfortunately it missed and hit the wall behind her.

Victoire sidestepped in the nick of time, so as the stunning spell smashed into the wall beside her. Doing her best to be as quiet as she could, she murmured the words for a simple stunning spell, to perhaps get her to stop, so she could warn the others, or at least run for safety. This girl is insane. Is she trying to get herself stunned? I think she realizes she's not outnumbered, though, and she was dangerous, even when she was
