Victoire jumped at the sound of Charlotte's voice, and threw her hand over her mouth, so she wouldn't scream. She was doomed. She was either going to die, get detention for the rest of her life, or be expelled, and none of the options exactly appealed to her.
She was forzen where she stood, and looked over the wreckage. Kianthra was pretty badly mangled. Her hand was still pretty ugly, and she looked like everything else must have been bruised. So Vikki's chances of getting away, unpunished were probably one in a thousand.
Nope, it's Charlotte, so my chances are more like one in a million
"She...uh...fell" She murmured, nervously.

Charlotte couldn't hold back a laugh at that, "Right. She fell, all by herself did she? I find it very hard to believe that." The girl looked at if she thought Charlotte was going to kill her right there on the stairs, How pathetic, this one, shivering as she stands. She gave the blonde Weasley an almost pitying glance, "I suggest, if it's true that she fell, you tell me exactly how she fell." She was using a sickly sweet voice, with hints of malice in every word she spoke. She was going to find out the truth about what happened whether she was going to have to go into her mind and find it herself.

[Nikita Snape]

Nikita was walking up the stairs as she heard, a crackling sound. She looked up, and heard voices... scared voices. She decided to go find out what it was. The first thing Nikita noticed, was Kia, laying on the floor, her hand, twisted, and unrecognizable. Nikita wouldn't have no what it was, if it wasn't attached to the end of Kia's arm. Then Nikita looked around to see who all was there, Kia, Charlotte, Corliss, Avery, Rosie, Lily, and Victoire. Nikita walked faster, over to where Kia was laying. She looked at Corliss, and asked quietly, "What the heck happened here?" Her voice sounded rushed. Nikita was very impatient for an answer. She wanted to know who had hurt Kia. Niki looked away from Corliss, and then up at the three NO members. God, did they sicken her.

Vikki remembered how Kianthra had ridiculed her for beign afraid, and she refused a repeat of that. She stood as tall as she could, and looked the Death Eater right in the eye before saying, in a simple, monotone, "She fell" Anything else might betray the fact she ahd caused her to fall, and her voice might betray the fear that was inside of her.
"And, if I were you, I'd just get her to the Hospital Wing, or don't you really care?"

[Corliss Malfoy]

Corliss heard Charlotte's voice, she looked over her shoulder and gave a small nod. She looked back at Kianthra's hand, it was still glowing green, but nothing was happening. She looked to her friend. Little did she know, Nikita was coming to join the party. "Of for the love of! Tell Charlotte what you did you bloody idiot!" she hissed, standing up. Viki gave her a hard glare. "You don't scare me." she whispered. Fine, I'll tell her then. Weasley sent a spell, causing her to fall. I tried to fix it, but there is nothing I can do." she said. Corliss was very good at healing broken bones, so to say she couldn't fix it was saying they needed to get to the Hospital Wing fast.

Charlotte just shook her head slighly, "I would like it very much Weasley if you didn't question the feelings for my friends, she is in fine hand with Corliss, and when I'm done here, even though it is of no importance to you, I will bring Kia to the Hospital wing." She was amused at Victoire, for trying to seem unfrightened. She turned as Corliss began to talk and explain what had happened, "Thank you Cor."

She turned back to Victoire, and sighed, "Well, then it looks like punishment is in order," she amost sounded as if the thought was regretable. "I would say, 40 points from Gryffindor, and probably a weeks worth or detention. Oh, and an extra 10 from the three of you for being out late," she completely ignored the fact that three members of her house had also been out late She was very lucky that Charlotte was under her Headgirl duties, because if she catches up with this girl later on this week, well Victoire was not going to be looking too pretty. "I suggest you go back to your common room. Now."

[Rosie Lupin]

Calm and collected as ever, Rosie simply gave the Head Girl a nod and a slight smirk, relishing the fact that she was on duty, and thus, couldn't jinx the shit out of the three Gryffindors, before grabbed Lily and Vikki's elbows and dragging them away from the four Slytherins. Once they were a considerable distance away from the posse, Rosie turned to Victoire. "Vikki, shouldn't you know better than to get caught up with a Death Eater? If I hadn't found you and something happened..." Rosie couldn't bring herself to think of what might've happened to her cousin if she hadn't been there to hear.

Vikki was angry to start with, and the point deductions really weren't helping. Then Rosie's little worried comment. "I had it under control! And I didn't find her! She found me!
She didn't want to yell at her cousin, but she was having an awful day, and none of this was helping.
"Fine. Next time, I'll take two bodyguards and a club with me! Will that satisfy you?"
