Charlotte cursed as Rosie sent the Furnunculus Curses, fortunately, or unfortunately depending on who you were most of the charm had hit Corliss. There were only a few boils on her skin which she quickly made disappear off her skin. She turned back to Corliss and groaned, the poor girl had practically received curse after curse, this was something she would not let those two get away with. She would figure out what to do with Miss Fox later, but right now she was the very least of the problems. She stood back up knowing that Corliss was going to be OK, especially when it was Kia who was fixing her magical wounds.
She glared at the two as Teddy sent the binding spell towards Kianthra,""Relashio!"[/b] the ropes that were now wrapping around her suddenly fell to the ground. Charlotte rounded on Teddy and Rosie sending a trip jinx at him to stop them from running away once again. She moved closer to the two and sent another charm to keep them both from getting up again, "Rictusempra"[/b] Now that was only a tickling spell but it did get the job done for the moment. "So, what to do with you two now?"[/size]

The ropes wrapped tightly around her slender frame, pinning Kia's arms to her sides. At least I can still move my wrists With a slight flick her left wrist, she sent a hex towards Teddy who had just got to his feet. Then she felt the pressure on her arms release and at the same time the NO duo tripped, causing Kia's beautiful Conjunctivitus curse to hit the tree behind the duo.
Kianthra nodded in thanks as the ropes fell to the ground. They must really be under pressure if they had attacked first. She had never known them to attack first, only resorting to duelling as a last resort. Kia glanced back over her shoulder at Corliss who's wounds seemed to be healing quite nicely. Hopefully there wouldn't be any scarring. Well, that was one of Kia's strengths so if she couldn't prevent scarring then no one would be able to. I can't let them get away with causing Corliss so much pain. I'd hate to be left out of a battle like this
The Yew Wand held tightly in her left hand, she advanced towards the duo, coming to a stop next to Charlotte. Kia showed no emotion on her face, what was the point in handing your enemy ammunition that might give them an advantage?
SLYTHERIN - Some are born evil, some achieve evil and some have evilness thrust upon them
As Ted tripped under her, Rosie toppled to the ground, doing a sort of tumble roll so as not to hurt her leg to much. However, she banged into a tree halfway through her roll and a rather muffled crunch signaled the onset of some more blinding pain. Idly, she wondered whether she'd ever be able to walk on her leg again. After all, it sounded as though it'd just broken into a thousand different shards. And, without Madam Pomfrey to help her out, there was really no way, other than the Muggle way, to fix it.
She closed her eyes momentarily, blocking out the pain before turning around and sitting up against the tree, fumbling in her back pocket for her wand. She glance over at Teddy, who was stirring on the ground. Briefly making contact, she registered the trouble the two of them were in before turning to Charlotte and Kianthra, who looked quite evil at the moment. She gripped her wand tightly, but as she did, her hand rubbed against something else in her pocket. Her enchanted galleon. She tapped the galleon with her wand, feeling it go red hot in the back pocket of her jeans before it cooled down. Hopefully, at least one NO member would hear her cry for help. And rush to the woods, as the message she'd sent told them.

James was sitting by the forest. He had come out for some fresh air after a stuffy time trying to catch up with his work. He suddenly got out his own galleon and knew that Rosie was in trouble. He got up and tore into the forrest in search of Rosie. On seeing her and Teddy he looked over at the three death eaters. "Incarcerous!" he shouted pointing his wand at Kianthra then repeating the curse at Charlotte.

Kia raised her eyebrows as she deflected the curse with a single flick of her wrist. Why are they so unimaginative? It's so dull, this isn't even a proper fight. She looked at James as if to say "is that the best you can do?" A smile flickered on the edge of her lips as a certain spell came to mind, a particular talent of hers, just like her mother. So tempting, yet rather predictable, the exact thing that I don't want to become is predictable. I could just break into his mind, that could be quite entertaining. Mind you very boring, there would be nothing to read. Or maybe a different tactic? Yes that could work, they would cause the destruction themselves... Her thoughts trailed off as the plan of action entered her mind.
To an observer, it would simply look as if Kianthra was unmoving and refusing to attack, how wrong they would be. At this precise moment, Kia was preparing to send a spell at James, but not just any spell, oh no, a special spell. Let's see how you handle pain Potter, crucio! The red light appeared from no where and hit James square in the chest.
SLYTHERIN - Some are born evil, some achieve evil and some have evilness thrust upon them
Ted tumbled to the ground, rolling for a moment before stopping at a tree. He felt a searing pain in his shoulder for a moment, thing it came out of socket but it was just the impact, he'd be fine in a moment. He rolled on his back with a groan of pain and noticed James had arrived, Rosie must've warned him. Speaking of Rosie, Ted flicked his head to her, noticing that her leg looked like it had absolutely no bones in it what so ever, tears burning his eyes. This was his fault, if he could bloody well get both of them out of here, she wouldn't be in this much pain, and they wouldn't be thinking the worse.
He was pulled out of his thoughts as a set of red sparks flew at James's chest. There was no doubt who the caster was, the only person good at non-verbal spells, Kianthra. He wasn't sure how strong James was, but the Crucio Curse was her best, like her mother. What made this worst was that had no counter charm, there was no stopping this one. Except concentration, and idea formed in Ted's head. He slowly stood and rose his wand to Kianthra. "Avis Oppugno!" he shouted, sending a hundred birds flying towards Kianthra, ready to attack.

James saw the light and tried to jump out of the way but didn't have a chance to. He felt the unbearable pain and tried to conceil the agony that he was feeling. He tried to fight through the pain but the pain was too strong and he doubled over and closed his eyes in agony. He fought through the curse to raise his wand and cast a non-verbal "potrificus totallus" and pointed his wand at Kianthra.

Protego she thought as she saw the birds heading directly for her. She twisted her wrist whilst thinking the incantation, which resulted in the birds turning into mere feathers. As the feathers fell to the ground, she saw the Potter boy aim a spell at her. Of course he's attempting a non-verbal, his face gives it away. When will these stupid NO members remember that I am the best in the school at non-verbals along with my speciality. As she turned to face Teddy once more, she was hit with James' spell. She fell to the ground, unable to move, her eyes darting around the clearing. Ok, so they've succeeded in breaking my concentration but that doesn't mean I can't try again. She thought the counter-spell and got to her feet.
Ok maybe a chance to switch targets? Crucio! as she aimed the yew wand at Teddy. No doubt this would provoke the Weasel into attacking closely followed by the Potter boy. Well, if that happens, they will be carrying out my plan for me.
SLYTHERIN - Some are born evil, some achieve evil and some have evilness thrust upon them
Rosie was, of course, forced to watch James writhing in pain on the ground. She could hardly stand any more of this from the Death Eaters. When were they going to learn that putting people under the Cruciatus Curse was wrong and it hardly gave them power. On the contrary, it made the victim attack with more ferver the next time they were able. It simply escalated the fighting. But, then again, perhaps that was just what the DE wanted.
As Rosie saw the red sparks fly from the tip of the blonde Slytherin's wand, she shoved Ted out of the way, in the process getting hit in the side of the neck with the girl's curse. Though the spell was strong, Rosie'd had a lot of practice in the past few weeks. However, she still collapsed to the ground, her breathing quickening and her heart beating rapidly. The pain invaded her body, but she managed to fling the spell off after a few elongated seconds of intense agony. She stood slowly, brushing the dirt off of her

James smiled when he saw Kianthra fall under his curse. He got up just in time to see Rosie push Teddy out of the way and take Kianthra's curse and muttered under his breath "Protago totallum". He knew that this wouldn't work against an unforgivable but it would hold for now. He ran over to Rosie who was on the ground and helped her up when she finally threw off the curse.
He looked over at Teddy and saw that his shoulder was giving him trouble again. He ran over and touched the shoulder deducing that it had been dislocated. He had seen dad treat that a lot because Albus had weak shoulders and kept dislocating them. He put one hand on Teddy's arm and another one on his shoulder, "I can fix this but I warn you it is going to hurt a lot. Do you want me to Ted?" he asked him looking round on the lookout for any curses being shot their way.
"No!!!" screamed Teddy, he was prepared to let Kianthra hit him, Rosie was not suppose to jump in the way. He glared at Kianthra, knowing she would get a kick out of this. He felt his werewolf rage acceding, knowing he wouldn't be able to hold it back much longer. As James offered him some help he shook his head. "No.. No I'll be fine. I have a plan, but as soon as I say run, run and don't stop running, don't even look back. I'll take Rosie, she'll be out of the spell soon." he explained to James, tears burning in his eyes, but he held them back. Ted stood up and looked Kianthra straight in the face with pure hatred. He knew he had to do this, it was the only way they were getting out of here. His wand hand gripped his weapon tightly, holding to his side as he fought his inner battle.
Are you insane? You KNOW what that spell does! It one of their tactics. It's the only way we're getting out of here, and it won't be the first time I attack Kianthra with it. But are you really read to stoop to their levels? Seriously! This is why they want you on their side of the war! It's a risk I'm going to have to take. Teddy, you're shoving them towards you, they'll take Rosie and then they know you are theirs! They're never going to get her, not while I'm still around to fight them. What will your parents think? MY PARENTS ARE DEAD! That doesn't stop it Ted, they'd be disappointed in you. That doesn't make it any better, I'm doing this now.
Ted's eyes shot open. He looked at Kianthra before closing them again, inhaling painfully as he raised his wand. He knew he couldn't say anything, or she'd find a way to block in. CRUIO! he thought, sending red sparks hurtling towards her chest. That was all he needed. "RUN!" Teddy shouted, scooping up Rosie again and bolting it towards the castle, tears streaming down his face. One thing he swore he never would do was use a Unforgivable, and he broke that rule. Yes it was to get the hell away from the DE, but he knew he could of done better, used some other spell, and he wasn't sure he would get away with this one. He knew they would come back, fight stronger next time, and probably do the worse. From now on however, besides bathroom and sleeping, he wasn't going to leave Rosie's side. The DE knew how important she was to him, and if they simply snatched her away, then he be mercy in their hands.

James nodded and watched Teddy warily. He watched as he battled with himself then saw the red light come out of his wand and gasped slightly. He had been there when Teddy had sworn that he would never use an unforgivable. He then realised that if it meant that they could get away it was benificial. He suddenly was pulled out of his thoughts when he heard Teddy shout "Run" and he tore through the forest sprinting hard back to the castle hearing Teddy thundering behind him with Rosie.

The girl was up on her feet within a few seconds. That's rather impressive, but I guess she has experienced it many times before. Brave too, pushing the wolf out of the way. Shame we don't see eye to eye, under the proper instruction she could be a good duellist. She'll never improve without the proper teaching and practice. Oh and here comes the Potter boy trying to fix the wolf's shoulder. How predictable, don't they have any variation in their lives. Always the same battle tactics, always the same weaknesses and plans that always fail. They need some fresh ideas, my brother definitely must be running out of them. I wonder where he is, surely he knows about this meeting? Maybe he doesn't. That would be something to remember, the leader unaware that his entire five are under attack. Legendary.
Some kind of charm is shimmering over there. No doubt to protect them from the volley of jinxes heading their way. Surely the unforgiveables will get through? Well there's only one way to find out. Even though there's three of them, they can't bring me down. They'll never bring me down. They'll never know, know what it means. Oh look the wolf is back on his feet, good, that shows some fighting spirit. Ooh he doesn't look happy, not happy at all. I'd love to know what he's thinking right now, inside the many passages, twists and turns that would make up his mind. Anyone's last sanctuary is their mind, something that should never be violated except in extreme circumstances. And I wonder why he doesn't have a job any more, incapable of teaching. I can't stand it any longer, she raised her wand to mimic Teddy as she thought "Legilimens". Red sparks? That spell doesn't produce red sparks...
Kia fell back as the pain washed over her. I can fight this, I've done it before. The link with Teddy's mind remained prominent as some of the pain ebbed away transferred to the fleeing NO member. The pain shared 50/50 between them both. He'll have to call off the spell to stop his own pain. Funny how these things come back to haunt you. She forced the pain into the back of her mind, trying not to scream out like the others had done. I musn't show any weakness, that would let them win. She gasped for breath before whispering "sectumsempra". The purple spell flew towards the fleeing Pottor boy, shattering the temperary shield that had been cast.

The spell hit James in the small of the back and he fell onto the ground dripping blood from his chest. "Teddy leave me and go! Get Rosie out of here!" he shouted to Teddy. He felt the agonising pain from the wounds.
He saw that Teddy was in pain and didn't understand it, but he then realised that Kia and got inside his mind and was passing the pain onto him. "you are pure evil Kia." he thought furious. He tried to stem the flow of blood but he couldnt. Feeling lightheaded and like he was about to pass out, he lifted his heavy feeling wand arm and thought "crucio!" red sparks flew out of his wand and hit Kianthra directly.

Corliss had been out through much of the ongoing fight. Her blue green eyes opened slowly when she heard the curse used. Her eyes darted to the Potter boy as he began to bleed. Ha! Seems like I'm not the only person in bad shape. Feeling much stronger than before, the Slytherin sat up, pushing her blood soaked hair behind one ear. She knew Kia would kill her if she spoke so she glared at the boy. Corliss saw the sparks fly from Potter's wand. No! He will pay, as will the Weasel. She aimed her wand at the boy's chest. Crucio! she thought, hoping she was good enough to hit him. Non-verbal spells weren't her best, but she could try. The red sparks flew, hitting the boy in the head. Oops. Not where I meant to hit but it will work. Her scarred face turned to Kianthra. She didn't smile, because she would be yelled at, she just locked eyes with her.
