Granted, it stops, so you forget all about it. Later in the week, it begins hurting again, so you tell your parents. They take you to a doctor, who says you have appendicitis, and says you need to have surgery. The doctor, who happens to be brand new, with you as his first patient, screws up in the operation room, and acidentally allows your incesion to become infected. The infection turns out to be more serious than they thought, though they refuse to tell you, and send you to school. The next day, your crush asks you to go with him/her to a party, and you die a second later.
I wish I didn't have a headache.

Granted, instead you have a migraine which is so bad that you can't sit up without it feeling like your head might explode. You have to stay in the dark all the time becuase any form of light makes it ten times worse.
I wish I could open my birthday presents now...
